Very disappointed to have to leave this review. Mr. Ron is nice, but he talked up his quality, and how he over builds everything he does, and really put my confidence in his finished product. But unfortunately, I was left with a mess on my brick wall/porch, poor quality, poor communication, delays (6 weeks for a 7 day job), improper joist hangers because they were cheaper, a leak in the corner, and was way overcharged for the product I received. When given over 3 chances to make it right and fix what he left, all I was left with was excuses then no response, and a loss of confidence in being taken care of for future projects. No refunds or any kind of financial amendments for this poor job to make things right and no fixes, just delays, excuses, and apologies. This should have been taken care of by charging me according to the quality of the finished work, but this wasn't the case. Update: In response to the owners comment, after the final appointment had been delayed by Mr Ron 3 times then eventually no response from him over several days when they were coming back on top of the poor quality of service I have received thus far, it was going to be quicker and less stressful to just get somebody else to take care of the issues. I have had other construction personnel inspect the work which is actually where I got the info that in fact those are the wrong hangers for joists/rafters (“hangers”/ties that were used are meant for joists/rafters on top of another board to keep them from twisting, not meant to hold rafters/joists butted up to a ledger board). The inspectors also told me it’s not normal nor good quality to leave concrete splatter like it was, and that the crooked cut out of window should have been cut out straight using a chalk line or square and a circular saw, not the way it was completed here. Also attached to the pics are the correct hangers to use to connect rafters/joists up to a ledger board. Btw, the concrete never wore off, like Mr Ron stated, 6 months later nor did it show signs of it coming up. And more leaks are popping up along the back of the roof. Can’t believe I paid more than $1000 for this quality of work….

I hired BRS to remove some trees and they did, within a reasonable price and timeframe. Unfortunately, I noticed he advertised other services on his truck and retained him to pour concrete, install gutters with leaf filter guards, and build a deck and fence. I experienced extreme delays and poor quality of work. I offered him the opportunity to address the issues before I posted this and he swore he’d do so this week. I haven’t seen or heard from him since. UPDATE: Ron did return to fix the leaf guards but I still have two puddles of concrete in my yard that he promised to remove. I like Ron, but I think he takes on too much for his crews to handle.

I want to preface my review by saying, overall, we are very satisfied with the job done, but I want to leave a totally honest review about our experience. We had a dead tree in our front yard that smelled awful and needed to come down ASAP. I got a quote from one company, but they said they had never seen a tree literally stink like ours did. I called Ron for a 2nd quote and they came out within the hour. Ron was knowledgeable and super genuine. He made sure I understood what he was telling me about the condition of the trees and what they would need done ahead of time (moving a car canopy, etc.). We wanted 3 trees removed and Ron's price beat the first company's quote by a long shot. When we decided to go with Ron, he got us in the day we requested (9/29/23), and said he would be there at 8am that day. Ron was quick to respond to all messages, and very easy to get ahold of, which I greatly appreciate. On 9/29/23, it was 9:15a before Ron arrived, and he had to leave again to get more equipment. He and his crew didn't return to start the work until around 11:45a. I was worried, but they still got all of the trees removed and everything cleaned up for the most part. He had to return the next day because, in the process of the 2nd tree being removed, it hit our fence. Ron immediately agreed to fix it, which he did beautifully on 9/30/23. The fence looks great, and our yard/house feel so much safer without those pines. We definitely recommend this company for tree removal and we will likely be using Ron again in the near future!

I had contacted Ron about fencing my property. Living in a new build development with issues of uneven ground and my desire to keep as many trees as I could within my fence, I was not sure my desires could be met. When Ron came to my home, he studied the area and assured me that it could be done. He explained the process and was able to start work within a few weeks. He and his team accomplished everything I had hoped with competitive prices and superior product. It’s obvious that he strives for customer satisfaction. Additionally, I had since used his service for smaller projects - installing ceiling fan and gutter cleaning. Bowerman Removal Service will be my first call for any projects.

Ron and his team completely exceeded my expectations! Nothing but professionalism from the word go they showed up immediately after my phone call for a free estimate gave me a detailed written estimate which was at a fair price and gave me a date to start work quick. Then called two days before my scheduled date to say they were coming a day early! They then removed 2 extremely large oak trees over my home in ground pool and power lines with remarkable speed and precision, then trimmed my pear trees free of charge and said it was just because the trees needed it and they were already here. After they ground the stumps and cleaned up you can’t even tell they were here! These guys are top notch professionals and I will definitely spread the word!!!

Ron Bowerman and his crew were awesome, they worked incredibly hard and removed 26 pine trees from my yard. Very professional, skilled, and removed trees from some really tight spots! I am very impressed with their work and will be using them again for some other projects I have planned. If you need some work done give them a shot, you wont be disapointed.
