This company is ok for just routine lawn maintenance but can’t be trusted with anything more. Morales was hired in July to install sod, which was done on a day I was out of town. I was told during the install that they had to make two trips for the sod, but I was given no further updates. I come back the next day and see that the second half of the sod was installed while already badly damaged. Photos are from the day after install. Morales never said anything about what they did, but when I called to ask what happened, they promised to replace after a few weeks of heavy watering. They did not keep their promise. In fact, they never responded when I reached out about possible solutions. They also just stopped showing up for mowing.
