Mr. Holt was quick to respond to our phone call for estimate even though it was the day after the storm (Helene). He came and was very professional and took time to also discuss options. His team arrived several days later (sooner than we had hoped) and were efficient, safe and through. When looking for a tree service we recommend Family Tree Service.

Family Tree Service were very responsive despite their busy schedule due to the widespread need of tree service because of the recent storms. They were able to fit me into their schedule and remove a large willow tree that was damaged. It was in a complex location at the corner of both my neighbors fence and mine, and the only access was between the single lane road behind my house and a sloped ditch behind my fence. They completed the job of tree removal, stump grinding, and debris clean-up quickly in about 1.5 hours.

After Hurricane Helene, we contacted Family Tree Service to remove 3 large pines that snapped. This was our 2d time using them for tree service. Their service was incredible despite the high volume of work. They are reliable, prompt and knowledgeable as well as competively priced. I recommend them without hesitation.

Colud not have been better! We had a tree fall on our house when we called Family Tree Service. Hurricane Helene made us one of many. Usually, you get the pick of two; low price, speed, or quality. I was willing to pay for quality Family Tree Service threw in speed when it could not be expected and the price was competitive when competence was most needed. Professional from beginning to end of a 12 hour job, I cannot recommend enough.

These guys are great. Mike (crew leader) is a very impressive and very customer focused leader. He made sure we were satisfied. He leads a great group of very hardworking and respectful guys who take pride in what they do. Everything was cleaned up after the service too. They were fast, very fairly priced and executed flawlessly. I would absolutely use these guys again and will recommend to others. Great work guys!!!
