We called Family Tree Service to remove a large tree that was a problem. It was too close to the house and it was dying. They were professional and friendly. They got it done in a few hours. They ground down the stump, removed the tree, and left the place cleaner than they found it. It was amazing to watch them make decisions about which branch to cut. They made it SEEM EASY! WOW. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Mr. Holt responded to my call within an hour, showed up to provide an estimate when he said he would and scheduled to have all of the work done in a reasonable time. He was professional, courteous and showed up to the job site everyday to check on the progress and make sure all expectations were being met. His team showed up on time, worked throughout the day, and even worked the last day in the rain and wind to get the job completed. They left my yard in great condition for the amount of work we had done. It is a rarity these days for someone’s word to mean something, but when Mr. Holt tells you something will happen, you can consider it done. His crew even blew off my neighbors roof to make sure they cleaned up all the debris. I cannot recommend them enough and would look forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommend if you want your tree removal done right!

Superior customer service and superior knowledgeable staff from beginning of on site evaluation and ending with work completed. Elbert, Hunter and staff work as a team dedicated to the accomplishment of each item on the estimate at the agreed upon price that was both reasonable and fair. They did exactly what they said they would do on time and in a very efficient manner. I am more than satisfied with the work of Family Tree Service.

Absolutely five stars. Family Tree Service is hands down the best tree service I have ever worked with, and they are the only company I will use moving forward. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The work itself was excellent, efficient, clean, and clearly done by people who know exactly what they are doing. Hunter, in particular, was incredibly professional. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, and made sure every detail was handled the right way. You could tell immediately that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I have used Family Tree Service before, and this job just reinforced why I keep coming back.
