Booked them for a rental. They came a day early without warning and started cutting down my NEIGHBORS tree using my backyard access without permission or rationale. When asked questions about protecting my drain line, promised they would do my trees next and would be extra careful. Result? Finished the neighbors tree… and left, telling my tenants they’d be back tomorrow. Never came back.

We just had tree removal today. I can’t enough to say thank you and how amazing their work was. The guy who cut our tree was Super professional who also came and take a look what we need to do and gave affordable price. Also all crew were great after they cleaned our yard Great teamwork they have. I trust their any work they do. This company removed an large dead white elm tree at my mother's house and topped off dead branches on a pecan tree. From what I'm told, the work was prompt and the workers were polite. Outside of that, there is a 3% fee for using your debit/credit card that appears on the invoice when it's time to pay as "additional charges..." Something that should have been posted beforehand as a separate charge to expect or rolled in the estimate like most companies do. Especially when you signed off on a specific price only to get a whammy after the fact.

I had to have two diseased trees removed from my yard. I obtained several estimates and Coastal Arbor Care was the most reasonable. The behind-the-scenes scheduling was extremely efficient. The crew was very professional. They removed the trees, cleared the stumps, and cleaned up the debris all in a timely manner. I would be honored to recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.

Jeff and Michelle were great to deal with. They did a terrific job of trimming a big oak for me and very reasonable. They cleaned up after and took everything with them. I would definitely recommend.
