Poor communication, multiple delays, installation errors, refund was refused. Then they threatened to sue me if I posted a negative Google review. Ultimately the project was unfinished and we had to pay someone else to come fix it. We’ll never see that money again. Oh! And they changed the name of their business to Bloomhouse Concrete so that my review was attached to that fictional company and they could have better Google reviews.

The landscapers show up on time and do a great job with both communication and landscaping service. Highly recommend
