I again, cannot say enough good things about Bartlett Tree Experts. They really went above and beyond! It is impressive how thorough and professional their team is and the quality of the work that they do. This time, I first met with Arborist Representative, Zachary Bennet to go over what I wanted preformed as well as his recommendations. A plan was developed for 2025 and I was given a written proposal with prices and the approximate dates they would be performed. Farhad’s diligent treatments, for white flies, growth regulator and fertilizing has done wonders. When he arrives, he always advises what he is treating and why. Today I had my shrubs trimmed and a crew of three Bartlett employees came, Charlie, Kola and Jacques. They arrived at 8:30 AM and together we all walked around my house and went over the trimming plan. It is clear they took the time to understand my needs and ensure I was happy with the results every step of the way. Checking with me a few times to make sure they had it right. When they were finished, Three and half hours later they had cleaned up the debit and again a final walk around. Quality service like this deserves recognition—it feels and looks great to have my shrubs looking so well-cared-for! I cannot think the Bartlett employees enough for the great work that they do.
