We had a tree fall on our roof during a storm and the guys from Sav-a-Tree came within a week to help remove the tree and clean up the mess it left behind. As first time homeowners, we were so stressed about the whole situation but Chris Douglas was an amazing first point of contact, he explained everything so clearly and answered all our questions. He did everything in his power to make our situation better and we couldn’t be more grateful. The whole team that came out to remove the hazardous tree (The crew leader name was John and rest of crew was Brent Gavin and another Chris) were professional and compassionate and we felt safe leaving our home in their capable hands. Workers were very prompt in responding to our call. They were also quick and thorough in cutting the trees, cutting the hanging branches from the standing trees affected, raking and stacking the debris from fallen trees, stacked the cut trees safely and hauled away in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable for the work done.

These guys did such a wonderful job with my beloved Holly tree! Now I don't need to fear snakes and other critters hiding underneath, and the tree looks magnificent and she can breathe without all those Virginia creepers strangling her!! They also tamed my front yard and remediated the pest damage. I love the new look and so much healthier after their fertilization process. Many thanks to Chris, John and Brent - so professional and efficient - you did a wonderful job and left my yard spotless!..Thank you Savatree, 5-star service!

After damage to an oak tree in my yard, from Hurricane Helene, I called three other companies and received no call backs at all. I was about to just give up when I came across SavATree. They called back. And Chris, the leader, made an appt to come by and review the damage. And then also came to the follow up appt that just so happened to be after it snowed in January in South GA. The crew were all very kind and respectful of my property. All were very experienced, eagar to do the work, and cared about the quality of their work. Two team members are certified arborist. They did a great job cutting, not only the limbs from the damaged tree, but trimmed my other two oaks of dead and rubbing limbs. They offer treatments to help the damaged tree recover more quickly and help it to continue to be healthy. We will be doing that in the spring. I am very happy with the service SavATree provided. Not only the tree servicing, but the Customer Service! You don't find many businesses with that anymore.

Had a great experience with John and his team. They spent the better part of 4 days with us taking down problem trees and clearing up our yard around our new home. We hit a bit of a snag when during the stump grinding a water pipe (that no-one knew was there) was nicked. Definitely unfortunate, but John and his team went absolutely above and beyond to make it right. Thank you John for all the extra effort you put into our place!
