We had a tree fall on our roof during a storm and the guys from Sav-a-Tree came within a week to help remove the tree and clean up the mess it left behind. As first time homeowners, we were so stressed about the whole situation but Chris Douglas was an amazing first point of contact, he explained everything so clearly and answered all our questions. He did everything in his power to make our situation better and we couldn’t be more grateful. The whole team that came out to remove the hazardous tree (The crew leader name was John and rest of crew was Brent Gavin and another Chris) were professional and compassionate and we felt safe leaving our home in their capable hands. These guys did such a wonderful job with my beloved Holly tree! Now I don't need to fear snakes and other critters hiding underneath, and the tree looks magnificent and she can breathe without all those Virginia creepers strangling her!! They also tamed my front yard and remediated the pest damage. I love the new look and so much healthier after their fertilization process. We recently contacted SavATree to get an estimate on trimming a tree. Chris came out and walked the yard and was so helpful in doing a full assessment. There was no pressure and gave us an estimate that would take care of everything. I didn't realize everything else they could do. From trimming all our trees, cleaning up the tree line behind our property, pruning our shrubs and removing a shrub that was dying. With our crazy weather it took a few times of scheduling but Chris made sure he stayed in communication. The day the work was done Chris came out with the crew. Introduced me to John, the crew leader, Brent and Chris. We walked the yard to confirm what was to be done. John and his crew made quick work of it and did a great job including clean up. Making sure we were satisfied before leaving. We are also having them treat the trees and shrubs to get them to a healthier state. Ale has already come out and done the first treatment with some results already visible. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with, highly recommend.

Brent, Chris and John were awesome! From the moment that they arrived, they made sure that they understood what I wanted and gave me the best solution possible. I’m very pleased with the work. I definitely recommend them for tree cutting services! The bonus for me is that they cleaned up all of the tree trimmings!

Chris and Doug and team are great to work with! We have had them do a couple projects on Tybee Island. Super accommodating, on time, on budget and the work is superb! They worked on a project to remove over growth trees on a major landscaping redo. Before and after below.

Chris was very helpful in setting everything up, getting the crew out etc. John, Brent, and Chris did an excellent job removing a tree that hit my house and they even cleaned off the rest of my roof and gutters. They went the extra mile and I really appreciate it! Recommend these guys 100%
