We are extremely happy with Lawn Doctor. It’s a very affordable solution to lawn maintenance and we don’t have to handle or store chemicals. Our lawn is the envy of the neighborhood. Before starting our service, it was in terrible shape, even with us trying to take care of it. After the first application, it started to look much better. After the second, it’s now a very lush green lawn. Our applicator technician Parker is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend Parker and Lawn Doctor.

I purchased a home this year and contacted Lawn Doctor as I felt the lawn needed TLC. They came out and assessed the condition and recommended a course of treatment throughout the year. I am several months into treatment, and my front lawn looks great! The communications from Lawn Doctor are terrific. I get an email and text about upcoming services. If the date does not work, or I have questions, they are very responsive. On the day of service, I am left with a report of what was done and any action on my part (e.g. watering). They also will recommend additional services, such as the need for deep root fertilization for a tree that had been planted before I moved in. They also recommend services like aeration with no pressure to take advantage of the recommendation. As the English would say, the "proof is in the pudding" meaning that the true value or quality of something can only be judged by seeing the results - which in the case of Lawn Doctor is my beautiful lawn and thriving tree.

If you are struggling with caring for your sod in this climate, you are not alone! We highly recommend hiring Lawn Doctor to help you, it is a game changer decision!! We started with them February 2025 to hopefully get us out of the "chemical treatments" job and especially to save our newly replaced lawn. They offered us a comprehensive program and got to work! Last year it was already improving and we were pleased. We suggest opting into all optional treatments in addition to the core plan. Then this spring we happily renewed and selected the Top Dressing again and Core aeration, and we could not be happier! WOW! Our lawn looks even better this year and is a lush green color and beautiful. Our Zoysia is in the best hands and we plan to continue with the experts at Lawn Doctor!! Great job!

Our sod took right away and we have them doing all maintenance to keep it looking good. It’s lush and green without no breakouts of brown spots, fungus, or any critters.
