These guys are awesome. A tree fell on my house and truck. They came and removed everything in no time without any further damage. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs tree service done. I will be needing their services again soon to remove dangerous trees from my property. Do not hesitate to call them to get the job done!

This review is a few months over due, sorry Justin! You and your awesome crew are well deserving of all things positive. Justin and his crew at Trinity were an absolute pleasure to work with. Every single person on the crew was friendly and super polite. There was excellent communication as to cost, dates (need to take Mother Nature’s rain delays into consideration), confirming and reconfirming tree removal, and making sure we were happy. The Trinity crew worked very hard to calculated the trees dropped where they should with precision. Another machine came in and ground these giant trees, in place, and left me with lots of mulch and a park like, gorgeous backyard. The crew was very neat and cleaned all along the way, after they left there was no damage and no sign that a huge job just happened. Without hesitation we will call on Trinity in the future. Well deserved 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We called Trinity Tree Service when we had a tree come through the roof during a major storm late one afternoon. The owner of the company came out that very night at 11:00 to access our situation, determine if it could wait until morning and decide what equipment would be needed. The crew returned back first thing the next morning with their crane and other equipment to move the tree off the house, cut it up, chip it up, clean it up, and tarp the roof. They did such an exceptional job that you couldn't even tell there had even been a fallen tree. The office staff was also very friendly, responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The entire experience was made a terrible situation much easier to handle.

Quick Summary - 5 STARS AREN'T ENOUGH! Good communication, excellent service, far exceeded expectations, excellent price! I have already recommended them to 3 neighbors, all of whom were extremely pleased with their work as well. I do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Trinity Tree Service. Don was quick to respond to my request and come out to the house. He took the time to understand our situation and exactly what we wanted. Our job was complicated by challenging access, ornamental trees and shrubs basically touching the trees we wanted gone, and our desire to have not only the mulch from our trees spread, but additional loads brought in and spread as well. The Owners Justin and Jason work onsite with the crew which is a massive plus. You can tell that they clearly care about their customers and their good name by the level of service they provide. Justin stopped by my house a couple of times prior to the job starting to review my expectations and discuss the proposed plan to make sure I was comfortable with everything. We had 4 dogwoods, a magnolia, a cherry blossom, and a number of very mature azaleas in the immediate area of the very large pine trees they were removing. In my mind I had come to accept that the magnolia, one of the dogwoods, and about 8 azaleas just couldn't possibly survive this work and would be destroyed as a result. Due to the nature of dealing with pine trees and their proximity to these particular items, Justin agreed that there would likely be some damaged, but promised to do everything he could to keep them safe. Justin and his crew went to incredible lengths to protect these plants. By creatively using ropes they were able to control where many of the enormous limbs and tree trunks fell. This step certainly created extra work and cost for them, but they didn't hesitate to try everything. At the end of the job I was shocked, but I couldn't find a single broken limb! It was truly incredible! I was very surprised at how tidy they kept the work area as this work creates a tremendous amount of debris. They constantly managed not only the large items, but the small items as well. The crew was constantly picking up small pieces and sweeping raking their main work area to keep things neat. This wasn't necessary for me to be satisfied, but it was a small detail that really stood out. They were very respectful of staying within the tight space along the property line where they had to drive all of their equipment. My neighbors were worried they may have damage to their internet cables. Various means of protection were utilized and the equipment operators took extra care to stay well clear of the areas that were of concern. I am a contractor in a service industry as well, so my expectations and standards for what constitutes good service is extremely high. Trinity Tree Service absolutely blew me away with their service and exceeded all of my expectations on this job. I would have happily paid more for their work. I will be using Trinity Tree Service again in the future and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who will listen.

These guys are amazing! They are so skilled at what they do and I couldn’t be happier. I had 3 huge trees taken out and it was fascinating to watch them maneuver equipment, safely remove these monster trees all while protecting the rest of my property, hardscapes, lighting, etc. They showed up right on time, were friendly, and professional and cleaned up every tiny limb before they left. Highly recommend!

We recently had several trees removed by Trinity Tree Service, LLC and they did an exceptional job. From the cutting down of our trees to the clean up, everything was done with safety in mind and with excellent workmanship. Thanks especially to Justin Burnett (owner) for helping us each step of the way. He was so professional and had the work done in a very timely manner. We couldn’t have had a better experience.
