The company evaluator was the only one to measure the tree diameters and provide a detail list of services to be provided. Even provided their insurance liability. The day of the work the crew showed up and worked like a well oil machine. Cleaning up each and every time the cut limbs down. The kept the roadway clear and ensured they were blocking traffic for a minimal amount of time. Safety was their number one priority and ensuring that they left the property as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. Very positive experience.

I had what would was considered a problem tree. Three other companies came to give me a quote. They came they looked at the tree and then looked me and said good luck and walked away. My son suggested Acorn. We called, they came and the complexity of the job didn't seem to be a huge issue for them. We can do it for you they said. I was soon sent a quote with a date and time when it would be done. I agreed and they were there when they said they would be. They were done when they said they would be. I watched the whole process and it was a process, the coordination between the guys was amazing. As I said, this was a problem tree. It required a crane and a very nimble tree climber. I am grateful to , Clint the owner and especially Jesse, the guy who took it out from top to bottom. I now have a tree service company, there's no need for me to look anywhere else. It's Acorn for now on.

I had a wonderful experience with Acorn Tree Care !!! First of all they were on time! They estimated that the job would take approximately 6 hours and they finished under time and they never even took a break! Complete professionals from start to finish and extremely respectful to me and my property… I could not have asked for more thorough and complete work. Acorn Tree Care an excellent job! I will use them again if I need tree services. Their prices are reasonable. I had a White Oak tree that was at least 200 feet tall, Pine tree and a huge root ball that was left from a tree the fell a couple months ago. Plus a grined a stump and smooth out the hole that was left from one of the trees that fell. They stayed in contact with me during the entire process.

Clint, Michael, Jesse and the entire crew are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, communicative, and downright enjoyable people to be around. As someone with a 3+ acre property and "particular" neighbors, Acorn Tree Care are the people you want to call for incredible service and excellent value. Won't trust anyone else.

Mike was prompt for his appointment to review my tree issues. The recent ice storm had damaged a 30FT cypress and bent it to the ground, closing off the driveway and was leaning into tress on the other side. Damaged one needed to be removed, others trimmed to save them and the stumps ground. he discussed the possible alternatives and promised a quote within the day. It arrived on time and was accepted for the work. when the tress crew arrived (those that actually take down the damage) they were on time and fully knowledgeable for what was on the quote and needed. They were very efficient in their actions and the work was completed on time with absolutely no issues. They cleaned the area, removed the debris and cleaned the street for any debris as the branches were mulched. The stump was ground and it looks, as though, there was never a tree in that location. Area was cleaned and ranked and looks great. I would recommend them for any tree issues and you will be very satisfied with the work. Any further trees work I need, will go to Acorn.
