I had cancel my service with Truegreen. They called and worked things out. I was having trouble with employees not showing up to the house shown on cameras. Denis B was excellent he was very professional. He defiantly took his time and hit every spot of the yard even under the trampoline 😃. I would prefer Denis B to do my yard every time.

Met Zachary at the front door this morning. He seemed like a caring, friendly individual, asking a few questions and genuinely concerned in performing a good, quality job! He sprayed all the shrubs, bushes and small trees thoroughly and from what I could see, did an excellent job. I would like to request Zachary to do the remainder of my bush and shrub applications for 2024!

I have used True Green Lawn Care for several years and have not had an problem.. Until this year. I simply pointed out that it looks like my bushes have been destroyed... the answer.. They will come back... A month later still not back and very little follow up.. After repeated calls and text. Looks like the following

They regularly came out and put in minimal effort and my yard shows for it. They came out to put weed and feed down and essentially pushed an empty spreader cart with no product in out. I called them on it, they sent out the same guy who did the same thing again. I called again and they sent out another employee who did the same thing and tried to convince me the pellets dissolve so quickly on a dry yard that I won't see them. I paid them almost a grand over a year and my yard is no different. The last scheduled appointment my yard was covered in weeds but they came out and thought it was fine so they just sprayed fertilizer instead of treating the weeds. After all my complaints nothing was fixed. When I called to cancel, they offered to send out a branch manager to discuss the issues. No offer was given after my initial issues.

After sodding my yard and nurturing it myself the first year to get it established, I called TurGreen to fertilize and maintain health of lawn. This spring, I was expecting my yard to come back as beautiful as it was last year before TurGreen started taking care of it. It's a complete disaster. It's 90% dead. I called and set up a site visit (after a lot of hassle since you can't actually call your local office). The area manager called me and we set up a time we could meet and talk about the problem. The guy never showed or even called me. This place is a joke and I have dead yard. UPDTATE 6/8/21: The "owner" below was sorry for any inconvenience and asked me to send my info so they could rectify the situation. I did just that (4 days ago). Have they responded to me email? Of course not. Complete fraud this company. UPDATE: May 2022: They finally sent someone out to survey the problem in July of 2021 and promised they would and could fix the problem. It took all summer but it came back except for a couple spots. Now, May of 2022 my lawn looks good again. I did have to resod those couple spots myself. UPDATE JUNE 2022: They did it again. Spilled something over part of the lawn and now it's completely brown and dead. I've had enough. Communication with this company is nearly impossible. You give them explicit instructions to pass along to the local office manager (since you are not allowed to contact them directly) to contact you before they go out to check the damage and of course they ignore that and go anyway. I saw them on my security camera. Then do they try and call you? Of course not. So, I cancelled my service. Then today they called me to ask why. When I was telling them all my concerns, they hung up on me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!

After a year of using your services. My lawn still has weeds and brown spots which have not been fertilized. I have noticed being charged for services which nobody even came out to service. I was home watching all day.
