If you find chipped up debris in your yard it's from Asplundh. Check out the picture of what they left on our property. They are guilty of illegal dumping and the Henry County code enforcement is going to make things right. It's punishable by a misdemeanor or a felony. They've dumped on our property four times. Shame on you

Georgia power recommended them to cut limbs near my power lines. Representative came over and looked at everything said they will be over the next day or the day after. Still waiting... A few days before Christmas

They broke my windshield with something that was thrown from the saw tractor used to cut limbs off the power lines. They would NOT take responsibility for this. I had to pay to have my windshield replaced. I had my two small children in the car and this scared all of us. John and Mike asked why I didn't stop to let the operator know or find the debris that cracked my windshield. There was no way I was going to get near that saw that was throwing things that hard, especially with the kids in the car. They expected me to walk in the road to find this debris. They were completely unreasonable about the entire experience. Mike said that I must have been behind a gravel truck after I repeatedly told him there was no one around us. The only thing that was around us was the saw tractor.

They will park heavy equipment in your driveway when they are performing county work at a different location. They had room on the street but thought my driveway was a better choice. So after confronting them so I can use my driveway they left the clippings behind, I guess to show me they have no responsibility and do not care about doing a professional job. I will also file a complaint with the county since they hired this company which must have been the lowest bidder and the lowest class.

Their trimming of the GA Power transmission easement passing through my property was completely indifferent to property owners in our area. The trimming process -- huge exposed spinning blades suspended a hundred feet below a helicopter -- was loud, dangerous, out-of-control, and unaccountable to landowners, below. There was one man on the ground attempting to tidy-up the tons of debris being turned out in a single pass of the horrific helicopter saw. But the helicopter made multiple passes, while the one man on the ground made very localized efforts to only restack the debris away from my house, outbuildings and driveway. Nevermind similar debris on neighbor's property just across the power line and down the way in both directions for half a mile. What was left behind was a huge mess. That was 3 weeks ago.

Georgia Power, you need to do better. Terrible company. They dropped heavy tree branches on my garage and on the neighbor's shed. They also tried to leave the cut branches in my yard thinking I wasn't home. Yes, I was and I had my eyes on them the whole time.
