Please pardon our delay in posting. This is the the Davis family. Keene Tree Service did an outstanding job in cutting the trees in our backyard. Removing the giant branches grinding the stumps and clean up. Aaron mastered that crane with precise precision. We were very impressed and was happy to watch them work. Aaron and his crew are very professional, polite and kind. We had a scheduling issue due to a staff member being sick and each member of Aaron's team came to us at different times to apologize for the two week delay, which was very professional, and kind - they didn't have to do it, but they did. We recommend Keene Tree Service to anyone who needs them. We received a military discount along with a reasonable price š. Aaron and the guys were great! They gave me a quote, sent it over right away. I accepted the quote and they scheduled immediately. Within a few days, I had a quote and work scheduled. As promised, they showed up on the scheduled date, bright and early and worked throughout the day to remove 4 large trees and 1 small tree. While they were here, they came and asked if they could remove some limbs from other trees that were hanging over my home for a minimal price. I agreed. I asked them to leave a couple of the stumps so I could do bird baths and feeders and flowerpots for decorative purposes. So, they will cut them to the ground or leave them high if you want. That meant a lot. Every guy on the team was very respectful, and you could see that safety was very important to them (not just for themselves, but for my home as well). They worked carefully around my home. After the work was completed, they cleaned up all the limbs and honestly left my yard cleaner than it was when they showed up (all the leaves from the trees that they removed). I definitely recommend this company. They are professional and really care about you as their client.
