Aaron and the guys were great! They gave me a quote, sent it over right away. I accepted the quote and they scheduled immediately. Within a few days, I had a quote and work scheduled. As promised, they showed up on the scheduled date, bright and early and worked throughout the day to remove 4 large trees and 1 small tree. While they were here, they came and asked if they could remove some limbs from other trees that were hanging over my home for a minimal price. I agreed. I asked them to leave a couple of the stumps so I could do bird baths and feeders and flowerpots for decorative purposes. So, they will cut them to the ground or leave them high if you want. That meant a lot. Every guy on the team was very respectful, and you could see that safety was very important to them (not just for themselves, but for my home as well). They worked carefully around my home. After the work was completed, they cleaned up all the limbs and honestly left my yard cleaner than it was when they showed up (all the leaves from the trees that they removed). I definitely recommend this company. They are professional and really care about you as their client.

My experience with Keene Tree services was great. Aaron came out and gave me a decent quote for the job. There was about a 3 week delay for the job but the season we are in, tree services are all booked up. Professional and friendly crew came and knocked out 12 trees and a couple extra stumps in a residential backyard. They knew what they were doing and did a great job doing it. No damage happened at all and everything they moved they put back into place. It was a great experience dealing with Keene Tree Services. Since all the trees were removed, unfortunately I won’t be able to use this company again but I highly recommend them for anyone that needs their service. They are fair, fast, and reliable.
