Aaron and the guys were great! They gave me a quote, sent it over right away. I accepted the quote and they scheduled immediately. Within a few days, I had a quote and work scheduled. As promised, they showed up on the scheduled date, bright and early and worked throughout the day to remove 4 large trees and 1 small tree. While they were here, they came and asked if they could remove some limbs from other trees that were hanging over my home for a minimal price. I agreed. I asked them to leave a couple of the stumps so I could do bird baths and feeders and flowerpots for decorative purposes. So, they will cut them to the ground or leave them high if you want. That meant a lot. Every guy on the team was very respectful, and you could see that safety was very important to them (not just for themselves, but for my home as well). They worked carefully around my home. After the work was completed, they cleaned up all the limbs and honestly left my yard cleaner than it was when they showed up (all the leaves from the trees that they removed). I definitely recommend this company. They are professional and really care about you as their client.

We were very pleased with the service provided! They were there when they said they would be there, workers were friendly & checked with us regarding certain limbs to be cut (you know the old axiom - measure twice, cut once!). We asked that the finished look was natural & that it not look like the electric company came along & buzz cut a straight line. It looks great! Clean-up was phenomenal. Better than my husband could do it & not a single stray leaf left behind. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Maintenance
Had a wonderful experience working with Keene Tree Service. Our property management group needed a very large and very technical tree removed from a hill , surrounded by structures. The tree had broken a water main and the hill itself was saturated with water. Aaron came out right away and was able to quote me within an hour, because of Aaron's speed I was able to get the work approved and then scheduled. All in under a week a phone call was made to Keene tree service and the work was completed. We were given a very fair and reasonable price considering what the scope of work would entail. Although, I hope to never be in a position again to have such a large and unruly tree removed I know for sure that I will only be calling one company. Thank you Aaron and team for the professionalism and speed in which we were able to get this job completed.
