I called Twisted Tree Service and within 12 hours Clint, a representative with the company came out to get me an estimate. He was very professional and organized while also being extremely knowledgable with knowing the specifics of what type trees we had concerns about. Sean, another representative of the company, was very knowledgeable as well and called me with any updates as well as checking in on the job site while the crew was working. I needed a tree that was a hazard cut down in my backyard in a tight spot along with trimming as well as a tree in the front that was dying and broke apart during a storm recently. Twisted Tree Service was fast getting me an appointment within a little over a week(after a week of multiple thunderstorms) and knocked it out once they arrived! The crew was very knowledgeable, professional and most of all hard working! They are very reasonable with pricing with the work that gets done! Twisted was extremely knowledgeable in selecting what and where to cut first so limbs would fall away from nearby property. They cut a tree that was over 90% dead, 70 ft high and leaning toward the house. The next windstorm would have surely snapped it onto the house. Twisted showed no fear while they quickly cut the tree, dropped the limbs where needed, safely away from all house areas below. They were experienced, thorough, and started as promised. Any wrong move cutting that dead tree would have destroyed the house. These guys were awesome. Don't hesitate to call ... no... hire them. They're top of the line.
