I had a huge sweetgum tree taken down due to Lightning damage. They were great from the very first phone call. Spoke to sweet Whitney to schedule an appointment for a quote. Chan was here exactly when he said he would be. Communication with him was very responsive. They emailed me a detailed quote very quickly and with a good and fair price. I scheduled the job and they were here exactly on time. They got the job done quickly and safely. Ronnie did a great job grinding the stump and roots. No fall out damage and clean up was thorough. Chan is a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!!! Excellent job!!! Thank you!

They gave a service window(8am-12pm) for them to come out and give us an estimate on some work and they never showed up after we called(11:40am) to get an ETA on when they would be here. I called again an hour after the window of time expired(1pm) and was told it would get passed along to a supervisor. All the reviews I read that had this same issue, the supervisor is where the buck stops. They came highly recommended but I have not had a good experience just trying to get them to come out and look at what work we need done.
