I’m not sure why they call themselves "Pros" because I spoke with a representative two days ago. He asked me to provide him with my residential address which I did and a photo of my lawn. He never responded. Needless to say that it is suspect and even creepy when someone asks you for personal information, but they don’t respond once they receive it. Not professional at all. No I would not recommend.
