I have been a customer for over 4 years and they have always kept my lawn looking amazing. This year, I have fungus, nutsledge and many other weeds. Lawn is struggling to come in. The last two service calls made no mention in their after service summary of any issues. What really pisses me off is I have sent them two emails asking to have my last two services refunded. No response whatsoever, not a reply, not a call or home visit. I know they got my email because I got an automated reply stating they received it. Done with these people. Customer service sucks

I saw ArtScape servicing my neighbor's yard and thought I would give it a try. They serviced my yard for the first time yesterday. I am looking forward to the fruits of their great labor. Yesterday, I just had my second lawn treatment from ArtScape. I am extremely pleased with the results I am seeing from their service. I decided to use ArtScape when I had a total knee replacement April 2025. In Feb-March 2026 I went out my front door which like almost everyone that has a garage they use that as their method of exit. There were dead weeds as well as dead grass. You could lift up the dead weeds/grass like a slice of bread. I was horrified. 65% of my front lawn was dead. I called ArtScape and they came and took a look. They said they did not have a clue why the grass was dead. They could not explain why they kept applying weed killer to a yard that was 65% dead. It was suggested they put my lawn on another plan. I said no! No sooner than the dead weeds/grass was raked up the weeds returned like they had not been treated for the last 10 months, of course the grass has never returned not one blade. They said they were going to come back and test the ground, which they never did. I requested a refund and they generously refunded me for 1 of the 10 monthly payments they were paid to treat my yard. The neighbors that were the first to use ArtScape paid $4200 to have sod installed a month ago and they still have a bunch of weeds around the edges of their lawn. The price would have been great if I received a quality service, but instead I paid for something that is going to cost me money. Make this make sense. Today June 27, 2026, I read Mr. Watson's response to my review I left a year ago. If you knew there might be grass loss, why would you keep spraying weed control and not recognize that 65% of the grass was dead not some grass loss, but 65% loss??? You had blinders on and were not paying attention just spraying and leaving not even looking. Make this make sense.

Impressed with how quickly many of the weeds are dying. My lawn already looks much much better and your employees appear to be extremely efficient and pleasant. Thank you for taking good care of my property.

We signed up wit ArtScape in May of 2020 and they serviced our yard for the first time in June (of 2020). They then serviced our yard again in August and September. They did not come back out until February 25th of this year, at which time they actually treated the neighbors yard in error. While I understand that mistakes happen, they had called on the 23rd to confirm treatment and we told them we had dogs but they were in a separate fence/dog yard so please be sure to treat the back yard. The neighbors house they treated not only doesn't have dogs or a fence within a fence, but the house is actually empty. When I called to find out what happened, I spoke with Tammy and she apologized and had no idea why the technician treated the wrong yard. When I asked why they had not been out since September, she said, "I am not actually sure why except that with all the rain we fell behind and we have routes that we are required to do (apparently we were not one of these necessary routes). Tammy said she would research it and have someone out by the following Monday (March 1st). On Thursday the 4th, I called back to cancel our service since NO ONE had come out or even called us. I spoke with Tammy, where she once again could not tell me why a technician had not come out, even though she had created a work order and given it to him. We ultimately decided that we would give them one more chance. So I sent Tammy the attached picture to make sure they knew how bad the weeds were and to confirm that they would be out no later than the following Monday to treat. Tammy said she sent the photos to the owner and would be back in touch. When we did not hear from anyone by the following Tuesday (the 10th), we sent an email officially canceling our service (I copied the owner this time). We have always tried to "shop local" and spend our dollars in our community as much as possible and unfortunately, this time it proved to be a mistake. Based on how our yard looks and the poor service, I would not recommend that anyone use Artscape.

I am completely satisfied with my lawn care service so far. There was a noticeable difference in my lawn (weed control) after the first treatment. They are professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. Just had an insecticide treatment so we'll see how it goes.

Service is timely and consistent. Often gets compliments on my yard and it's partially due to Artscape's yard application, highlighting the green and weed elimination.
