This was our second time working with Naz Tree Service, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Shane came out promptly to provide an estimate, which was very reasonable. A week later, the team arrived to cut our trees. Carlos and his crew were excellent! They were highly organized and professional and made the job look easy. What a great group! Shane and his team do a very efficient job of tree removal. We had 14 trees in our backyard that they had to navigate through a gate in the fence. They put down protection for the lawn and removed some significant 90 footers. Just great. The vehicles all look brand new as well. This company invests in equipment and people to bring the best experience. The value was tremendous as well. I don't know how they do it all.

Cannot believe this happened and a giant thanks to NAZ Tree Services. Sunday September 1 had started out like any other Sunday in Alpharetta Georgia. My wife and I had decided to take advantage of Labor Day shopping specials, so around 2:30 pm we headed out. An hour later we got a frantic call from a neighbor that a large lightning strike had just exploded our large tree next to the corner of our house. When we arrived 15 minutes later, we discovered the horror the lightning strike had created. The split of the was right at in the middle of the tree trunk, about thirty feet high to five feet above the ground. It appeared like only 5 to 6 inches of wood at the bottom was holding the tree together. Neighbors said the explosion and crack was so loud it shuck the ground knocking pictures of our walls and pieces of the tree flew completely over our house and into the backyard. Half of the tree posed an immediate threat to our neighbor’s home and the other half of the tree was threatening our master bedroom corner of the house. With each guest of wind, the split at the top appeared to get slightly wider. Remember It is Labor Day weekend (Sunday) and now it is a little after 4pm. There is no way this tree survives much longer. Here is where the story fortunately takes a positive turn. I remembered that Shane at NAZ tree services had done excellent work for us in the past. When I called him and explained the situation, we were in he replied, “We will get to you Jeff and make it safe” His Crew was busy working in another area all afternoon. We were very relived to see the crew from NAZ arrive around 8:30pm. The split tree was cracking with every gust of wind. Shane’s professional crew went to work immediately. They thoroughly looked over the tree and said the best way to protect your home is to get the damage and all of it down tonight, then we can comeback tomorrow to clean up the massive amount of debris. They powered all kinds of machinery, secured ropes and lines on the damaged tree to insure a safe removal, they protected the ground below with large sheets of plywood. Chain saws and expert tree trimmers were now hard at work. Within 90 minutes that had removed the immediate threats created by this large lightning strike. The next day they returned to the job, and when they left, they had thoroughly cleaned up all the debris. The strike was so bad to the tree it was amazing it did not fall when hit. Without the same day response of the professional staff at NAZ, especially Shane and his crew surely that tree would have caused massive structural damage. A week later, our AC is fixed, the internet is restored, and numerous electronic devices have been replaced. That night September 1, 2024, NAZ truly saved us from tons of heartaches.
