We recently had to have two large trees and their stumps removed from our front yard because they were starting to impact our septic tank and drain field. I was concerned that the trees could fall on our septic drain field or that the service would drive their heavy machinery over the drain field and cause damage. I'm so glad we were referred to Smitty's Tree Care; they listened to my concerns and took great care to be careful while working on top of our drain field. Additionally, they were very professional, showed up when promised, and cleaned up all the debris at the end of each day. If you need a tree removal service, you can't go wrong with Smitty's Tree Care!

Had an excellent experience with Smitty’s. Their quote was fair, the crew that arrived was professional and courteous and Scott (Smitty) is a hoot. They worked hard and fast and took care to protect the yard and clean as they went. Our neighbor had been told he needed to remove 2 trees and Smitty came out and told him they were fine & didn’t need to come out (talk about honest!!!). Another neighbor asked if they could buy the mulch from our trees from Smitty and he gave it to them at no charge. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for tree/stump removal. Will always call them for tree care needs. Can’t say enough good things.

We had a great experience working with Smitty’s Tree Care from start to finish. Scott, the owner, has a great demeanor, takes a no pressure approach to his estimates, and is serious about providing great customer service. We received estimates that were both higher and lower in price; however, you can never compare the finished product. That said, Scott worked directly with his crew and did a fantastic job addressing some old trees, roots, and stumps, as well as scraping off a ton of ivy. Their attention to detail was the most impressive aspect of the work – there were not short cuts taken or huge pieces of equipment needed. I would definitely use Smitty’s Tree Care again and also highly recommend them to others!

This has been our second excellent experience with Smitty's Tree Service. We unexpectedly had a tree break in two in the middle of the night. We called first thing the next morning and Scott and his crew were out later that same day to remove the remainder of that unsafe tree. They also did work for us trimming trees over hanging the roofline and removing some old, overgrown crepe myrtles. Both experiences were exceptional. Scott and his crew are knowledge, prompt, and professional. There has never been a mess left and his prices more that reasonable. We had many tree services come out and give us quotes and Scott and his team were the best option hands down. They even did some work for our neighbors while they were here. We will be calling them in the future for any other tree work we need.

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Smitty’s. They did a fantastic job. Finished on time and cleaned up each day they were in the job. The workers were awesome as well. I’d use them a 3rd time for sure.

I would like to highly recommend Smitty’s Tree Care, Inc. Scott and his crew were at my home yesterday, 10/23. They did an outstanding job pruning several trees, removing one tree in my back yard and also removing several smaller, wild trees growing in back of my fence. These trees were preventing most of the sunlight from reaching trees I had planted years ago. They even removed a section of my fence to allow convenient access to this area, thus, saving me money on the time they would have spent walking a much greater distance to their shredder. Scott is very knowledgeable about how best to prune trees. He spent a great deal of time going over what he felt needed to be done. They did a beautiful job pruning an enormous River Birch which was shading a good part of my lawn and preventing Bermuda grass from growing in that area. I truly believe that what he did yesterday will serve to bring my own trees back to life and encourage my Bermuda grass to now spread to those barren areas. And, Scott is so personable. He has a terrific sense of humor. He carefully explains why certain things need to be addressed. I was so pleased with his guys (who, by the way, were all very nice) and with how hard they all worked for nearly eight hours! After they replaced part of my wood fence, I would never have guessed it had been removed! They left my property looking very neat and tidy. I swear, you cannot possibly go wrong using his services and his expertise! THANKS, Scott, for a job so well done! 💜🌳💜
