I can't say enough things about the Caldwell team. They exceeded our expectations at every turn! They communicated prior to the visit, gave us a target 3 day project, and were done in two days. The team was incredibly professional. We had a visit from the Sandy Springs arborist (they were super nice and friendly) and the Caldwell reputation definitely made things go more smoothly. All the team members were approachable and happy to discuss their activities and there was no chaos. Every step looked planned and orchestrated. Just looking at their equipment you know that they take pride in their jobs. All the equipment is spotless and in perfect condition. I also got quotes from other high-end providers and the Caldwell team was still the best price point. I will happily recommend Caldwell Tree Care to anyone that is looking for professional tree services. Do not trust this difficult task to anyone but the best!

We have been longtime customers of Caldwell Tree Care, and use their services to maintain the trees and shrubs on our property on a regularly scheduled basis, in addition to needing additional tree work from time to time. Caldwell Tree Care recently completed a job at our property, and we would like to share our experience regarding their services. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, the team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Dave Kolb, one of Caldwell’s certified arborists, responded promptly to our inquiry and did a thorough assessment of the trees on our property. He provided clear explanations of what needed to be done and pointed out several trees which needed necessary work to maintain their health and longevity, which we would not have realized had it not been for his knowledge and expertise. Scheduling was prompt and convenient, and the crew arrived on time as promised. The Caldwell Tree Care crew performed the job efficiently and professionally. They trimmed and removed branches with precision, taking care not to damage surrounding landscaping. The team cleaned up thoroughly after the job, leaving our yard in excellent condition. They were also very considerate of our neighbors’ property on either side. We would also like to give a shout-out to Jaden Harrison, who performs our regularly scheduled maintenance. He is also extremely knowledgeable about plant health care and always leaves us very detailed notes about the treatment he has performed and the condition of the overall health of our trees and shrubs. We highly recommend Caldwell Tree Care for anyone in need of professional tree and plant care services. Their attention to detail, expertise, and outstanding customer service sets them apart from many of their competitors. We are very satisfied with the results and will definitely use their services again in the future.

The service provided by Caldwell Tree Care was not good, it was superb! The work involved thinning out and cleaning out dead wood. In addition, the canopy of each tree was raised to allow sunlight to filter through to the garden. The work included a good number of trees. The work was completed, and the clean-up on the property and the street was thorough and complete. The service provided exceeded my expectations and I was very impressed with the expertise and the quality of the work. Quite different from what I have encountered in the past.

The initial contact who came out was knowledgeable and gave good recommendations to clean up 3 trees along our power line, remove 1 and clean up several that were growing onto our roof. We went with Caldwell based on all the reviews about their quality of work and we were not disappointed. One of the trucks ended up hitting the power line (the same line we were cutting several trees out of) and he was very quick to resolve it by calling the electric company. He even went so far as to befriend the technician and got us a new power line to the house (previous repairs were always just spliced in). They did everything as planned and then also took care of some other small items I had noticed in the months since booking the job. They had all the equipment needed for the job, showed up just a little early so they started right on time, and cleaned everything up after. The work was along both sides of our property and both neighbors said there was no debris in either of their yards. Overall, I was very happy I went with this company even though it was a little more expensive than the other quotes we received.

I had a really negative experience while trying to get an estimate. I rarely leave reviews but the estimator was so incredibly rude that I had to say something. I did my best to give details about how this was a small pruning job for a few trees that are shared with neighbors when I filled out the contact form on the website. The estimator came out, was relatively rude, and gave me a high quote stating that was the minimum ($1200). Now, to be fair, there could be a minimum but that's why I left details on the form itself. The estimator said "great" and basically just walked away when I said I was getting other estimates. No follow up or proposal with the minimum was ever sent. Anyways, I went with another major competitor who is also a large company and had a wonderful experience with their estimator who worked with me on scope and price. Just want to warn people that you may have a really bad experience if you're job isn't considered big enough - and they'll be sure that you feel that they don't want your business either. If this is how I'm treated for a small job, I certainly won't even entertain coming to them for a large job when the time comes.

Jadin does our monthly fertilizer and fungal spray on special woody ornamentals and camellias. He is incredibly thorough and well versed in knowledge. I trust Caldwell implicitly! Great job always!
