Luis and his crew are professional, extremely talented and place a high value on safety . We were impressed last year when he took down a few trees near the house so when we needed a HUGE taken down in a very tight area we naturally called Flores Tree Service. Luis and his crew nailed it and we're very happy to recommend his business no matter how big or small the job is.

I hired them as they were working on my neighbors lot. The task assigned was to prune my front yard tree to aleasr 8-10 feet away from house. They took two branches entirely off from the tree trunk. One of them was as requested but the other one was just cut at the back instead of trying to preserve the tree. What's worse is there is another branch hanging over my roof they did not address. When I asked them about it he denied the conversation and asked for additional payment for addressing the branch over the roof. I wish I had stayed home to see their work completion and maybe it would have helped me stop them from cutting unnecessary parts of the tree and pruning only the necessary limbs. I do not think they are arborist qualified and are not good at pruning to minimize tree harm

Extremely pleased with their work!! They are professional and proficient. They were kind enough to cut and stack wood that we can use for our fire place and did an awesome job of cleaning up. Mr Louis also gave us feed back on what trees should come down and the best time to have the work done. It has been a while since we have encountered a company that takes pride in their work along with fair pricing. We will definitely keep them as our go to for future work on our property!!

From quote to completion of the work, Luis and his team were professional, detailed and thorough in every regard. Luis is a true professional, everything was explained and scope of work kept the tree and environment paramount. They cut down a gigantic Red Oak less than 40 feet away from my house and also cut down to smaller oak trees close to the home. The outcome was even better than I could have imagined. Yard was left in pristine condition, and job was done in a timely fashion. Luis and the team are true masters of their craft! It was like a well orchestrated symphony, a pleasure to watch them in action! There is no doubt that this is my forever Tree and lawn service!!
