I am so pleased that the Secret Garden has opened up in Snellville. I have purchased plants, birdhouses, and garden accessories. The quality of the plants and garden accessories are top notch! I took my first floral arrangement class this past Christmas. What fun and had a beautiful arrangement to take home afterwards! I am looking forward to more classes this year! Thank you!
I absolutely love this store! It’s beautiful and the staff are top notch. I love this place so much. My kids love to visit and we can walk around as long as we want. This store is stunning and always has photo opportunities ready! Make sure to say hello to Mufasa - their friendly cat!
We bought our Christmas tree here last year, and it was the healthiest, freshest tree we’ve ever purchased. It stayed healthy and beautiful for the whole Christmas season, and it smelled amazing.
The five stars I’m giving is based on the amazing customer service I received today. I came in about half an hour before they closed with an orchid emergency. Erin answered all of my questions, selected some highly recommended bark for my orchid and transplanted it for me in a new container. Sonya checked me out. I patiently waited as she helped other customers. She didn’t just ring them up and rush them away; she took her time and answered all of their questions. I was really pleased to see that. This nursery is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Really beautiful plants, home decor, and little odds and ends. I will be back.
I really wanted to love this place because I genuinely try to support small businesses—but the pricing here honestly shocked me. I saw a David Austin rose priced at $85, and it wasn’t even in great condition. I ended up going down the road and found the exact same rose for $45. That kind of price difference is hard to ignore. I understand that every business has different overhead, and everyone’s budget is different—but at a time when people are already dealing with inflation and rising costs, pricing like this feels excessive rather than thoughtful. It wasn’t just the plants either. Basic items like neem spray were marked at $18, when they’re about $10 elsewhere. That adds up quickly, especially for everyday garden essentials. To be fair, the nursery itself is beautiful. They have nice plants, and the fountains and overall atmosphere are well done. I actually came here intending to leave a positive review about the experience. However, what really changed my perspective was how the owner responds to customers who bring up pricing concerns. Responses like “bless your heart 😊” come across as dismissive and unprofessional—especially in the South, where we all know what that implies. It doesn’t feel respectful to people who are simply being honest about their experience. I fully expected a detailed response explaining pricing—and that’s fine—but my only takeaway is this: be better in how you communicate with your customers. People can appreciate beauty and still be honest about cost. Both can exist at the same time.
I love the place. I met the owner Sonya❤️ this beautiful garden has everything. The staff is very friendly. Sonya is a gem she works hard with her staff. I was so empress with the variety of plants and vegetables they have available. And Tuesday the have 10 % senior discount. Please stop by it’s worth the trip.
