**Exceptional Service and True Heroism** When my green-winged macaw took its first flight, it ended up stranded at the top of a 130-meter-tall tree. I was desperate, having called 911, the fire department, and animal control, but no one could help bring my bird down. Just when I thought all hope was lost, I contacted Junior's *Phenomenal Tree Service* in Centerville. Junior immediately understood the urgency of the situation and assured me he would help. Within 45 minutes, he arrived, geared up, and began the daunting task of climbing the towering tree to rescue my macaw. I was skeptical at first, as my bird was perched at the highest point, making it seem like an impossible task. For three hours, Junior displayed remarkable skill, patience, and determination, even as the macaw flew to another tree. After what seemed like an insurmountable challenge, Junior succeeded in safely retrieving my beloved pet.
