[UPDATED] A rep from the lawn care came and saw me, and we talked about what had gone wrong. He apologized and told me that I had slipped through the cracks and that it was his fault, and no one else's. I told him that I blame the crew that did the damage, because they could have come to me and let me know of the damage. While I would want the Lawn Service to cover the cost, as least I would have been told about it. If that were the case, I would not have dropped their service. At the end, I got the check, and let the manager know that come next year, I might pick their service back up. [END UPDATE] I started using Augusta Lawn Care Service because I was told they were very good and punctual. At first, yes, they were. I had them do a few jobs for me, and they did very good work. I won't deny that. What I don't like is that they damaged the siding on my house, and broke some decorative mulch barriers that went around my flag pole. I took pictures, called Augusta Lawn Care and told them what had happened. I was asked to send in th pictures (which I did) and was assured someone would get in touch with me. Two weeks later, no call. So, I called again, was reassured I would get a call back, and - as the saying goes, crickets could be heard because no one called back. I called a third time and told them if I do not recieve a call by the end of business that day, I would be canceling my service contract. You guessed it - no call. I asked that the owner of the company please call me: NOTHING. I can't do business with a company that treats their customers so poorly when something goes wrong. If they had simply returned my call, talked to me, and we got this worked out, no issues, I would have stayed with them. But if the owner and job site managers don't feel the need to contact customers, then I don't feel the need to give them my money. I know I'm just a peaon in their little circle of clients, but hopefully this will get someone's attention and also to warn others that if you want customers service, find someone else, because Augusta Lawn Care won't give you either. They'll take your money, do their job, but if one of their crews screws up - forget about getting a return call. It won't happen.

Brian and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with—pricing was AFFORDABLE for professional work!! Kris and Jordan’s physical work is out of this world! This was my first time using Augusta Lawn Care Services of Augusta. I was very impressed with with their professionalism and customer service from day one. I contacted them on short notice and they were able fit me on their schedule the next day. I was not home when the lawn technicians arrived to service my yard; but, by the time I arrived back home from dropping my son at school and a quick run to the grocery store, I arrived home to a neatly manicured lawn and flowerbed. It was AWESOME! I was so impressed at the care they utilized, everything was put back right as I left it. I had to call the office to rave about the technicians, I later found out to be Robert and Brandon. Great crew! I highly recommend Augusta Lawn Care Services of Augusta.

Elroy and Drew did such a great job on the property cleanup of front yard. Keep in mind this is not for landscaping, but just the cleanup of overgrowth. They were professional, clean, and kept us up to date on next steps. We had 5+ years of over overgrowth on the house, and they tackled it within one day (two half days), ALL while having to walk up and down our massive driveway hill in the summer heat to get to their truck/dumpster. You couldn’t pay me enough to do this, but they did, and I applaud them for this alone! We had overgrown vines, shrubs, trees - you name it, we had it, but they left a solid starting point for us to be able to maintain it for years to come. We could not and would not have done this without their help! They made our home renovation process so much easier and quicker. I attached some before pictures (awful, scary, think HAUNTED HOUSE) and after pictures just so you can see the work these guys put into our yard. Brian, our estimator, was super kind and informative by letting us know everything that needed to be tackled, as well as providing a quote by the end of the day. We highly recommend this team to anyone needing a property cleanup! Now we’re off to pressure wash and finish sprucing up now that we can reach the sides (and the beds) of the house! Thank you so much for making our house/yard renovation that much easier!
