Omg Carlos and his crew did a few jobs for me earlier this year and in my opinion have blown every tree service I know out of the water. He didn't try to jack up the prices like the others when he saw us struggling with damage to our homes from the Hurricane. Carlos is very down to earth, polite, and professional. Carlos & his team of skilled professionals have the right knowledge, planning, skills, and fabulous equipment that gets the job done correctly & safely. They removed trees for me and 3 of my neighbors on Ridge Road in Augusta, GA, on October 20, 2025. They removed huge limbs (as big as small trees) that threatened my neighbor's house. They removed stumps & ground several large stumps. (I made videos on YouTube if you want to see). They arrived on the day promised at 8:30 am and left by 2:00 pm. They did more work than promised. Their equipment & skills included a bucket truc;, a climber; a remote control, tracked stump grinder; a specialized log & limb lifting loader (Bobcat L28) that leaves your lawn undamaged, unlike typical skidsteer units; a large trailer that allows them to remove logs & limbs without running a chipper - so no noise of that device continously running throughout the day. Can you tell I have quite a bit of experience evaluating tree crews? I retired from Arlington County Government (VA) as Chief of their Parks & Natural Resources Division and had tree crews and ISA certified arborists on my teams there, so decades of experience with tree removals. This is why my neighbors had me coordinating the work at their places, too. Two thumbs up. My other neighbor who watched their work agreed, too, so he's hired them for 120' tall pines leaning over his home. Price was reasonable. Since they did more work than promised, we felt more than satisfied. Example of additional work. While grinding two large pine stumps, they removed or ground down 3 small stumps that were trip hazards to me. These were stumps from things I removed due to damaged from Hurticane Helene, not things they cut down. They also removed several small limbs threatening my neighbor's home even though we talked about removing the bigger limbs. And their expert pruning left the trees healthy. Bottom line: Great work done in a professional manner and a reasonable price, with friendly leadership.

5 Star from top to bottom. Prompt professional and hard working crew. 3 man crew removed 14 trees in one day. I cannot recommend Carlos enough.
