This was the first time Lawn Ace came out to my house. My sister has been using Lawn Ace since she first bought her house and her yard looks fantastic! Although I didn’t get to walk around with James, he was here bright and early and did what he needed to do. I had a great experience when I called their office for the very first time. They have done exactly what they told me over the phone. That is fantastic customer service!! I have no doubt that they will get my yard looking fantastic too!

Carlton did an excellent job on our lawn aeration. He was on a cool looking aeration machine that was quick and effective. Carlton explained everything on what to expect and do for following days. 10 out 10! I would definitely recommend.

First time for Lawn Ace to come out. I really enjoyed walking my yard with Keith, pointing out various areas of concern. I appreciate greatly that Keith actually listened to my concerns and realizes that every yard is unique and that applications need to be congruent with the needs of my particular yard. Would I recommend Keith to a potential customer. Absolutely! I value “product knowledge” and expect no less than the same for those rendering services to my home. I expect “Lawn Ace” to create a showstopper oasis for me to enjoy. My yard is my “Happy Place” and I am really looking forward to Lawn Ace transforming it into my paradise.

Justin showed up and explained to me all that they were gonna be doing and was very honest in the fact that it might take more than two or three applications to get the yard under control. I’ve waited to write this review it’s until I had the better part of a year with Lawn Ace. From the get go they’ve been absolutely amazing. I’ve owned my house for 12 years and until last year I’ve never had a lawn service. I like to take care of my lawn myself but after struggling with Bahia and other weeds, I figured it was time to call the professionals. I called several companies in the local area and decided on Lawn Ace. At the time only a handful of people used their service in our neighborhood. They came out 3-4 without charge to make sure they got rid of the weeds that were plaguing my yard. Before each service call they send a text to let you know they’ll be coming. I eventually upgraded to their Pro Plan and couldn’t be happier. I even had them core aerate my lawn this year. The results have been outstanding! I’ve only had one problem with some Nutsedge popping up. I called Lawn Ace and they were out in 2 days to perform a free service call. I can’t recommend Lawn Ace enough. Huge shoutout to my lawn tech Richard Eubanks. It’s funny to see how many people have switched to their services in my neighborhood. Thanks Lawn Ace!!
