Very good service from Peter and Patty. She schedules appointments and does the office duties while he shares his extensive knowledge of trees and what needs to be done to take care of problems. Reasonably priced for high quality, experienced, expert advice.

Peter and Patty were professional and knowledgeable and personable. They gave great advice and referrals that were very helpful. I was able to save 2 giant trees and trim. And take out the dangerous 2 trees that had pine bark beetles that other arborist did not identify.

Patty and Peter Jenkins are truly passionate about helping people with their concerns. The tree inspection website has tutorials and advice to help you self navigate any potential issues you might have. I used the advice tab on their site to put my mind at ease on a potential issue with my white oak. After speaking with them, they validated my research was accurate and the tree was fine. Thank you very much tree inspection team!

I requested a tree inspection on our property and the woman on the phone was very polite and had us on their schedule quickly. When we met on site you could tell immediately the inspector was knowledgeable, professional, and passionate. He provided some great information about what to look for with our trees to make sure we could enjoy them while also being safe and aware of what could go wrong. I do not believe they are not in the business of cutting down trees but they do check on the health of our trees. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

I sort of feel bad for Patty and Peter Jenkins. Nice people but a complete failure on my job by every measure. Had them schedule a visit to evaluate one specific tree, and Peter arrived on the wrong day at the wrong time - but that was OK. He rambled about my property and told stories rather than spending much time looking at the tree in question - but that was OK. I had to contact them multiple times to get my "report" - but that was OK. What was not OK was the two paragraph report that I was eventually emailed as it was for the wrong tree! The report described a tree not even on the property but rather on a neighbor's lot behind me! Seriously. I then sent them a Google street view which showed the tree in question and Patty scheduled another visit, but then they canceled the in-person appointment and evaluated the tree based on the Google picture I sent! (Saying the tree was healthy by the way) I called another arborist who came out and promptly and professionally reported (on the correct tree) seven reasons the tree was an imminent hazard. The most pitiful part? They actually sent an invoice to me a couple weeks later expecting payment. LOL. I'm sure they'd be fun to get a beer with, and maybe there was a time when they did good work. My experience with them was a waste of time.
