Outstanding service and professional crew. Eastlake tree service helped us with emergency storm damage when we had a tree leaning on our house through our roof. They were very prompt and professional. Our yard where the tree fell was a difficult hill and their crew carried the tree out of year by hand, amazing. Hardest working tree crew I have seen. They cleaned up the year so well you couldn't tell a tree fell. Would highly recommend them to others and plan to use them for non-emergency tree services in the future.

I called Eastlake Tress Services and James came out and gave me a quote. He was professional and knowledgeable. After looking at other tree services I felt that Eastlake would be the best option for me. Humberto and his crew came out a couple of weeks later, as planned, and removed a huge oak tree that was threating to cave in the roof of my grandmother's house. The best team in the BIZ! I am a realtor, and I had a personal removal of trees to come down at my home. East lake removed 12 large pine & oak trees, and they did an exceptional job. Start to finish James was so professional and was in constant communication with me. The level of service and the attention to detail to make sure my home and surrounding areas were safe was a 10 out of 10. Also....they were priced well and had more to offer than other companies that we spoke with. I will be using them for all my clients that need this service in the future. James is a arborist, pulled the permits and got all trees approved. Thank you team Eastlake!

We've now used EastLake Tree Service twice. First, to remove a large dead tree that was precariously perched over our house and dropping limbs on our main bedroom (very scary) and again this week to remove a tree that fell in our yard and was impacting our neighbors yard. Each time I worked with James who is top-notch and extremely professional. He retuned all my calls promptly and quickly came out to give me a estimate, which he stuck to - there were no surprise charges or upsells. His team did the work as planned and they were courtous and efficient. I was especially nervous about the tree hanging over our house, but they had lines up everywhere for safety, all went as planned, and they made it look easy. Humberto leads up the team onsite and it was obvious he has lots of experience and some series tree climbing skills. Importantly, James followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied before sending the invoices. We were very pleased with the service! As for pricing, we had three companies come out and give us estimates for the first tree that was over our house. EastLake had a very competitive price, right in line with others, but it was James' winning attitude that made them the winning bid. For this latest tree, we called James right away and didn't bother with shopping around. We thought it was a very fair prices this time as well and were overall very happy with their service each time. We would highly recommend!

After having used a couple of different 'big name' tree services in Atlanta, I found myself feeling like I was paying too much for the services rendered...I came across Eastlake Tree Services on the Web, read some reviews and decided to give them a try. James met me at my property for a job review and I instantly could sense that he wanted what was best for my needs and NOT to try and oversell a larger job. We agreed upon a scope of work at a very fair price & his professional and punctual crew performed the job efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the whole transaction from beginning to end and James made sure of that before accepting payment. I was so pleased that I actually just had them come out and do a second job at my property 2 months later. Again, I'm pleased with this company and would highly reccomend them to any of my neighbors or friends who may need some tree care at their house. Eastlake Tree Services will be the only company I use moving forward.
