I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Mr. James and his crew again! From the very first phone call, communications were always clear and I knew exactly what was happening during every step. James sent over a detailed quote as to what trees we had talked about removing and made sure to answer any questions I had, even suggesting he comeback out and resurvey just to be entirely sure we were both on the same page before proceeding. The crew arrived on time and had the job done within a few hours, leaving no trace that they were even there! The team was super professional and efficient for sure.

James and his team at Eastlake were efficient, professional, and very courteous during the removal of my elderly neighbors 2 VERY large trees. I highly recommend this team to anyone in need tree removal services. We live in an area that frequently has pines toppling over during wind storms and my neighbor, who is a disabled retired veteran, had been trying to get 2 large heavily leaning trees removed for the last few years but could not take on the costs other tree removal services were quoting. James stepped up and recognized my neighbors unique position and worked with us to accommodate a competitive and generous rate to remove the trees. I am grateful for Eastlake Tree Services and their team’s hard work to provide expert services and give my neighbor and myself peace of mind during the next storm.

James Minor at EastLake Tree Services is the rare professional who actually delivers what he promises! From the first call he was responsive, knowledgeable, and refreshingly straightforward. He shows up on time, does what he says he is going to do, and follows through on every detail. What stands out most is the quality of his work and the integrity behind it. He explains things clearly, in plain language, and answers every question patiently. He has the technical depth you would expect from an ISA-Certified Arborist and the practical judgment that only comes from years of doing the work. He returns calls and emails quickly, sometimes the same evening. His written work is detailed, well-organized, and clearly the product of someone who takes his profession seriously. He treats every job like it matters, regardless of size. If you are looking for an arborist you can actually trust, this is the one. EastLake has earned a permanent place on my contact list. I cannot recommend James and his team highly enough!!

Bret was great to work with, he was knowledgeable and quick to plan a solution to address concerns and beyond. The price was very fair, I never felt upsold. The crew was nice, they worked hard, fast, and left the site immaculate. Happy with finished results. Company communication can be a little slow at times but overall service is worth the wait.
