The best end-result and customer service I have ever received from a tree care service. This was a particularly difficult job, as the tree was 7 feet away from the house and a couple feet from the walkway and railing. Not a scratch, and the clean up was thorough. The employees on the job were numerous and discussed the process and change of plans in order to minimize damage to other trees and property. Very friendly and professional.

There are lots of good reviews about this company and they do very good work. However, a word of caution in the event you need an emergency tree removal. The price goes WAY WAY up and in my opinion, to overreach levels. Additionally, while capable of providing a quote, they won’t. My “guess” is because you’ll get sticker shock and move on to the next company. It was 100% our fault for signing a contract without an estimate. I take full responsibility and regret dealing with Pearce. It’s a high pressure sales situation when a tree is on your house. Salesman Pearce took full advantage of this. He kept assuring us the insurance company would cover the tab (which they paid most of), but would not give us a price. Personally, I think he took advantage of us in a venerable state…and took advantage of our insurance company. One large tree, needing their smaller crane, 4 workers and 11 hours of work (done in one day) was $14,000. That’s nearly $1,300/hr. Additionally, they spent a good bit of time setting up the crane, which they were having difficulty with…not sure I should have to pay full rate for that. So while they are a reputable company and do good work, I am disappointed how things were communicated and handled financially.

Marquise, Josh & Bryan did an awesome job pruning our continually growing canopy in preparation for a screened porch. They arrived on time, were tidy with their work and were super friendly. Our yard was left in better condition than when they arrived. This is the second time Marquise helped us out, which speaks to the quality of the company, retaining great talent for superior service. We’ll definitely use them again.

Just had the second of three jobs I've hired Boutte Tree for completed. As always they were professional from start to finish, the crew (Zach, Christian, and Curtis) was easy to work with and professional with us and each other. They were happy to answer questions and chat about maintaining the trees we are planning on keeping.

Zach, Juan, and Alondra did a fantastic job with the tree work at our house. They were prompt, courteous, and extremely thorough with the removal and trimming we needed. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up and making sure everything was correct before heading out. I would highly recommend this company and this crew in particular for any tree work - they were superb!

Boutte removed a large tree at my home that was dying. It was a complicated job since the tree was right by the power lines and had many intertwined branches. Still, the crew (Benji, Martin, Dirk, Julio, Gabriel) were awesome. They were super professional, very efficient and really skilled. It was something to watch them expertly take down such a large tree in a matter of hours. Even though the crew had a lot of work on their hands, they took time to answer all my questions and explain what their plan was when I asked them about it. Benji was especially attentive. This was the second time I've used Boutte and, once again, I made the right choice.
