Initial treatment failed to spray the backyard. I received a call notifying me of the issue. A service tech came out 2 days later to complete the service. I am very pleased with the prompt response and service provided. 24 hours after weed treatment the weeds are limp and starting to brown up. My backyard was filled with weeds and the majority of them are already dying out. The remainder may take a week or more but I am hopeful.

True Green is awful. I had them last year and they killed all my grass and attempted to fix the issue with no success. I canceled them after many attempts. This year they told me that they were different and told me to trust them that this year would be different. I gave them a second chance this year and that was a mistake. They guaranteed my lawn would look better in 2 months. We are now on month 5 and once again I have terrible grass and weeds everywhere. I have had to pay every time, even after calling in many times. I attached photos of the weeds and grass the first time I reported it and then again months later…..you can be the judge… After all this time they told me that it is a time thing and I would have to stay with them long to see results, I said how long until I see results, a year? And they told me they could not guarantee it….

I have been paying TruGreen to treat my lawn by killing the weeds and helping my grass to grow since August 2024. My lawn looks worse. Most of my lawn was green before they started the treatment, now most of my lawn is weeds. I called customer service and was promised that my concerns were elevated to management. No one has contacted me. Wish that I could leave a negative star. See the before treat and after treatment pictures.

We had their service for 4 years and our lawn is worst than what we started with! Every year they would come up and ask us to do stuff and pay extra for those services but it was no use. After having them for four years our lawn has more weeds than the grass.

My yard has never looked worse. I previously had a weed service that had OK results. I switched to TruGreen for this year hoping to find something better. Somehow my yard looks worse than before. Emails and calls and a retreatment or two and still it's worse. I won't say TruGreen isn't responsive, because they are, but the product either doesn't work or isn't applied correctly/sufficiently. My neighbor across the street switched too, and his yard looks worse than before as well. Don't waste your money; I wish I had mine back.

Do not trust TruGreen to be on your property. Not only does our grass look awful, but they left our back gate open today. Our two dogs ran off, and luckily I was outside with them, noticed quickly, and was able to get them back inside. If this isn't enough of a concern, we have a TWO YEAR OLD who could have ran out onto the street. It is absolutely unacceptable for a service tech to be so inconsiderate. What if something worse had happened? Canceling our plan with them today.
