Matt Smith was an excellent technician. Efficient and timely. Noted on the King Green sign that was left in my yard (in a better location than usually left) day and time of service so I knew when I could let me dog out onto the yard (1 hr after service). Conveniently left my bill and information in a bag on my front door. Very professional!

I've used King Green for a few years at this point. I've had a few other weed control companies in the past, but king green has been the best experience out of any of them. My yard looks like a golf course right now. Not a single weed to be seen, with beautiful green grass all over. The service is consistent, the workers are friendly. I've had king green for a few years now, and haven't had a price increase yet. I'm extremely happy with their service, and would recommend them to anyone.

I can tell you that my consistent experience has been the give-a-care-o-meter on the service techs is zero. If you care about your lawn, this just isn't the service for you. It seems to me they just want to say they put a chemical in the vicinity of your lawn, rather than actually accomplishing the work with any cognizance, whatsoever. You won't get a call, accept for a salesman to upsell you another service. Bad service, reasonable prices, bad communication, poor execution. It's not a hard job: put the correct chemicals on grass, in an appropriate way, at the right time; check in annually to see how things are going. This is kind of like getting a D minus...in gym class. If you want to get a feel for the direction of a business, look at the trending of reviews and feedback. The old reviews were very positive, but the more recent, the more mixed, it seems. Red flag for me.

We have had King Green for two years from the advice of my neighbor. King Green has done well, but I'm concerned about the many sprays per year! Management has explained it is also safe for pets playing, but I remain skeptical & concerned. Thank you

King Green is great because they keep up with the treatments I need and that takes one more thing off my plate. They let me know a day ahead of time they are coming and if they are delayed because of weather.
