Literally Destroyed My Lawn. I’ve never had a problem with my lawn before using Arbor-Nomics. My grass has always been green, healthy, and full, and I even have photos from previous years to prove it. I met one of their technicians and figured it couldn’t hurt to see if they could make it look even better. That turned out to be a huge mistake. They destroyed my lawn and management could'nt care less about it. This year, after their treatments, my yard is roughly 50% dead and now full of weeds — despite paying for a fertilizing and weed-control treatment specifically intended to prevent exactly that. The results were the complete opposite of what was promised. I gave Arbor-Nomics every opportunity to make this right. It took over a month for anyone in management to seriously respond to my concerns. During that time, I had to call six separate times just to get someone to follow up. I also replied to customer service emails that took nearly two weeks to receive responses to. To be fair, everyone I spoke to directly on the phone was polite and professional. Only a manger tried to explain away the issue without even seeing my yard. The issue is clearly with management and lack of accountability. Every employee said they would “pass the message up,” but apparently no one in leadership cared enough to call me back in a reasonable timeframe. When they finally did respond, instead of taking responsibility, they simply sprayed for weeds again and suggested I “might have soil issues.” Interesting, considering I’ve never had soil issues before, none of my neighbors have soil issues, and the only lawn on the street struggling this badly is the one Arbor-Nomics treated. At the end of the day, I paid them to improve my lawn and instead ended up with a dead, weed-filled yard and weeks of frustration trying to get someone to care. I rarely leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they may be signing up for. Please do your research and think carefully before trusting this company with your lawn.

I have had service for about 7 months and since it was mostly over the winter, I didn’t have any issues. Now half my grass isn’t coming out of dormancy and looks terrible. What’s even worse is that it is impossible to get in touch with anyone to try and get help. Half the time, no one answers the phone. When I have been able to get through, I have been told that my concerns have been escalated. But still no call back. A manager was supposed to come by and no one showed up. I’m not sure if they are under new management but this is awful!

Updated - We have been using Arbor Nomics for quite some time and were always used to a more personalized level of service and communication. Recently, however, we noticed a significant decline in service, communication, and our ability to access the customer portal for billing history and service records. After doing some research, it appears Arbor Nomics was acquired by Senske, a much larger company, and that may explain some of the changes we have experienced. Unfortunately, the shift has been very noticeable. We were no longer receiving the same communication from technicians about when they were coming out, what services would be performed, or whether any follow-up was needed. I called more than 20 times trying to speak with someone. When I finally reached a representative, I was told someone would get back to me, but that never happened. After weeks of trying, I selected the “new service” option in the phone queue and received a response within minutes. That was frustrating, because it showed that new sales inquiries were being prioritized while existing customers were struggling to get basic support. That said, once I was finally able to connect with the right people, things started moving in the right direction. I had a lengthy conversation with Shaf H., our service professional, who was helpful and reassuring. He explained that Arbor Nomics is working to get back on track. Chris, the local manager, also reached out and helped address a past billing issue where we had been billed for a service that was not performed. We appreciate Shaf and Chris stepping in to help, but the communication breakdown leading up to that point was unacceptable. Long-time customers should not have to fight through a sales queue just to receive basic service, billing help, or a call back. Hopefully Arbor Nomics can return to the level of service that made us loyal customers in the first place. ******************************************************************* We couldn’t be happier with Arbor-Nomics! From day one, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Chris, the manager, goes above and beyond. He is friendly, attentive, always follows up. And a huge thank you to SHAF, our specialist, who has completely brought our property back to life! His knowledge and dedication are on another level. Our lawn, along with more than 300 trees, shrubs, and ornamental grasses, has never looked healthier or more vibrant. You can tell he truly loves what he does. If you want a company that cares, delivers real results, and treats your property like their own, Arbor-Nomics is the one to call. Couldn’t recommend them more.

He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was applied thoroughly and explain what how we can take better care of the grass. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and I really appreciate the care and attention to detail.

Your tech came out last week to aerate my lawn and only did the front yard. I called the next morning (June 12, 8:25 AM) and spoke with Megan. She apologized and said that they would come back out the following week and take care of the back. I also explained to her that my yard was full of weeds and she said she would have them take at look and apply more product. I’ve used this service for more than two years and have never had a weed free lawn like the majority of my neighbors. Your techs never suggest any additional services to address the obvious bald spots and weeds that appear in my lawn. I will be canceling my service with you once the aeration job that has already been paid for is taken care of. These guys are no better than the national brand name service providers. There have been several times that they forgot to treat my backyard. The customer service operators and kind and pleasant but there’s no follow up whenever there’s been an issue. Please see attached photos of the weeds, and bald spots that have been present since you began treating our lawn several years ago.
