The team from NRG did a fantastic job of cleaning up our mess from water damage. On their initial visit on Monday afternoon, DeMarco and Ryan thoroughly explained the process and scheduled the mitigation. They showed up with their crew on time and worked all day to ensure the house was clear of all the damage and dust from the demo. Communication was excellent and their knowledge was exceptional. They were able to help walk me through the claims process making it almost effortless. I look forward to working with them as we continue down the restoration part of this process. Highly Recommend.
