I was referred to 1sst Lady Tree Service by a friend. I just moved into a new house that is surrounded by 10+ trees that are hanging over my home like the sword of Damocles. I called the First Lady (or FLOTUS...or FLOTS hahah) they came out did an estimate and we scheduled a do for them to come out. I forgot about the appointment, came home and noticed that my driveway had been blown. I couldn't think of who would randomly blow my driveway. Were my neighbors trying to play games? My first thought was to "get the strap" . Then i realized that that hideous stump that was in my yard was gone. They had come, cleaned up and left the place better than they found it. I called The First Lady told her I was impressed and asked if they could take down a smaller bush stump that I had recently removed.. They did it at no extra charge. Now I should pay right? I so because of a series of miscalculations and surprise expenses I wasn't able too pay immediately. They were patient with me. I finally install CashApp and try to make a good faith payment of half of my bill. Because I am a bit of a Luddite, I send the payment to the wrong person. The First Lady calls me and offers to help we actually end up planning future projects for my yard.. I really couldn't believe it. In life, most businesses are in the "F#&^ you,, pay me" business. Not The First Lady. Finally I was able to pay, and needless to say,, shes going to be my "tree lady" for the foreseeable future .

This was the BEST experience I have ever had with a tree removal service. The owner is very attentive and responsive. After the job was completed the owner herself was onsite to inspect the property to make sure it was cleaned to her standards. I was very impressed. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and DEFINITELY use again.
