Richmond had to take a large tree, a large limb and a huge tree down for me; they did it in less than a day, using two of their cranes. Their price was good, they left my lawn in tact, clean up was great. These people are professionals. I wasn't sure anyone could take the larger of those three trees down. Scott was my contact. I cannot be happier with the result. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

We noticed that we had a very large pine tree in our front yard that had died. I contacted Richmond and Scott arranged for an estimate later in the week. I was pleasantly surprised when Scott called that day and said that he had looked at the tree earlier that morning and quoted a very fair price. He mentioned that he had a crew in our area that was finishing a job early, so they were available that day. I accepted and a few hours later Mike and his crew arrived. From start to finish, they had the tree down and hauled away in slightly less than an hour. There was no damage to a good tree that was only a few feet away from the dead tree and even better, all debris was cleaned up and the lawn looked like it was before they arrived. The only way I would know that there was a large tree at that location was the fresh stump! Between the fast work, excellent clean-up and fair quote, I can't think of any reason to go with another tree service when needed.

Scott and the entire team at Richmond did a fabulous job for us after the storm. Even helping my neighbor with something while they were her. I can't beleive someone would leave a bad review over one late service call after such a huge storm! For goodness sakes be patient. It was the hottest day when Richmond came and they had been working all morning yet they continued to push through on a tough job where you can never let your guard down. So grateful for their help!!

Very good service after Hurricane Idalia brought down a tree on my carport, destroying the carport and crushing a car underneath. A second car was also underneath the carport and trapped but not badly damaged. A Richmond representative was at my house the day after the hurricane to give an estimate, and the next day a work crew and large crane showed up to remove the fallen tree and associated debris. The crew even figured out a clever way to free the second vehicle, and that vehicle is now back in service. The work I described above was paid for by my insurance company, but we also privately contracted with the Richmond crew to remove three other trees that was leaning and to pick up debris in our back yard, which they did to our complete satisfaction.
