Professional, clear communication, responsive and fair pricing. Ben has excellent customer service and detailed skills. He and his crew were prompt to the arranged date and time.I had 5 total trees taken down , 2 of them being 36 inch wide. They estimate a full day and were on the money. Removed all debris, mulched limbs and hauled off all logs. The ground happen to be soft and they raked and filled in ruts. Left the yard as if they hadn’t been there. He and his team are professionals in their field. Would recommend Ben’s company for any of your tree removal needs. Thanks Patterson Tree Experts for a great job.

We highly recommend Patterson Tree Experts! They came out and provided us with a quote for removal of multiple trees and were able to get their team out to complete the job two days later. They were efficient, kind, clean, and truly did great work. We will certainly look no further for all of our tree needs in the future!

I call Ben every 3-4 years and they do an excellent job. They are quick, clean and safe. They also repaired any damage done to my fence. I highly recommend them.

I had about 15 dead pine trees that needed to be removed. One fell with the heavy wind we were having in Dec. Ben was the 4th person I asked for an estimate. He was very professional, answered all my questions, showed up on time, explained their removal process, provided a written estimate and proof of insurance. His quote was not only fair but was a little lower than the other 4 quotes. It's crazy what some companues are charging. If you live in a nice neighborhood, most contractors usually jack up their price. I'm glad to see there are still some local, all American crews out there that are honest, reasonable and dependable. It took a day and a half to complete the work. The day of service they showed up on time and took great care with my yard & the surrounding homes. I requested to have the limbs chipped and the mulch spread around since the area was so large. They did a wonderful job, cleaned up everything when they were done and were very professional during the process. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others. 2 days later I watched a crew (cheap & great, or something like that) removed about 15 trees from the yard behind me. That was a terrifying experience for me. I took off from work while they were doing their yard. It was a completely different technique. It seemed reckless. They were all in my yard, I had to ask them to please stay out of the yard I just paid to have done. They destroyed what trees they did leave and the entire back and side yard of that yard was all messed up. They also left trash and debris when they were done. 2 months later and it still looks horrible, I did pick up their trash when they left so it wouldn't blow into my yard. I know I made the right decision going with Patterson Teee Service. Give them a call.

Our 150 home neighborhood in Marietta used Patterson Tree Experts to trim trees away from roofs and houses. They were very knowledgeable, and made the proper cuts on the branches. All areas were cleaned up afterward. They were on time and completed the job in the number of days quoted. I highly recommend this company.
