Jarvis is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He really does a great job explaining what is going on in my yard and how I can water, etc. for optimal growth. Always great to have him come! Anthony was excellent as well. I’m pleased with how my yard is looking. TruGreen also helped me with an affordable plan to make my yard look better without breaking the bank.

Deonte arrived at about 8:00am and discussed the problem in my yard. He quickly determined that I had chinch bugs and described the weather patterns that helped create the problem. He also stated that TruGreen was treating a lot of lawns for the bugs. He thoroughly applied an insecticide to all of the infected areas and stated that on my next visit it would be applied to the entire yard. Very professional young man. I can’t even begin to describe how much damage this company has done to a two year old re sod done at our Savannah house. We had the entire yard landscaped with new sod, irrigation, along with shrubs. I fired them after watching the employees on our cameras show up and sometimes not do anything. The last straw was a shrub treatment where the guy walked into the backyard and back out, without touching anything. However, after paying the guy who installed the landscaping to come out and see what was wrong with the grass, he asked me to find out what, and when, the last treatment was done to the grass. I am posting pictures of before and after they destroyed!!! The green lawn was this past summer into fall. The dead was taken today after a treatment done by TruGreen on 3/21. The yard was over-treated and had three different chemicals applied. This is going to cost thousands to correct! If you read this and still decide to use them for lawn care, it’s a bad decision.

Over the last two years, they have done a great job restoring our lawn. It has a nice luxurious green look to it, and the weed problem, which had almost taken over the lawn, is well under control. We are very happy with their service.

Extremely disappointed with Tru green on multiple levels. I initially hired Tru green in May 2024 and they have been treating my yard on a schedule since that time. I had my account set up so that the payment would automatically come out of my bank account when the service is done. I made the decision this month to cancel the service due to only marginal improvement in my yard. After calling and cancelling, I was charged almost $500. The agent did not tell me I was being charged this, nor did she mention any balance on the account. I only found out because I checked my bank account. I called back as soon as I saw the charge and they told me that a fire ant treatment had been done when they did the last service on 7/22. I never requested, nor authorized a fire ant treatment. It is also not in the initial agreement that I signed with Tru green. Fire ant treatment was also not included on what was done on the door hanger that was left or shown in my account online as a service performed on 7/22. I charged on 7/22 for the normal service at the normal rate. After over an hour on the phone with customer service, they say they are unable to remove the charge and that they will have 'billing review it and call me in 3-4 days'. Not only was the service mediocre at best, I am now out almost $500 for a service that was never performed.
