We contacted TruGreen for Fertilization and Weed/Pest Control. For the first 6 months the service/communication were very good and lawn was really shaping up! Then things took a turn for the worse. Techs seem to longer care about the quality of work, no communication, servicing neighbors lawn (on my dime!), and health of lawn in question. To wrap this up I have asked for call from tech manager to understand if Trugreen wants our business.

Too early to tell if what he did was helpful or not. So far all I bought was a promise. However, my lawn is greener than all my neighbors but the bare spots aren’t filling in yet and I still have weeds around the Perimeter.
