I recently had this company come out to remove several trees from my property. They gave us a free quote and were great with communication. On the scheduled day of removal, the team arrived early and were very kind. You could tell everyone working was knowledgeable about their craft. Great experience with Kelleys. They were quick to come out and quote & complete the job. We had a massive water oak that was leaning towards the house & roots inches away from our foundation. Very friendly, they do what they say they would at a fair price and record time. I was actually a little amazed that I had almost no cleanup after they were done (just a little sawdust and a few very small twigs).They came when they said they would, they cleaned up afterwards, and they took care of everything I needed. Staff in the office and crew were very friendly. I highly recommend them. Removed 2 trees, ground the stumps, ground protruding roots and removed a large live oak branch over my shed.

Review for Kelly's Tree Service Hey if you are in need of some tree work on your property and want someone who you can trust DO NOT hire Kelly's Tree Service. I allowed Mr. Kelly's crew to access my neighbors trees through my back yard. They destroyed a 4x12 section of my concrete driveway. Mr. Kelly came out and inspected the driveway. Mr. Kelly said they would take full responsibility for the repairs. However they ignored my calls and text and emails for weeks. When I finally got any kind of answer from them they said everyone had covid and was trying to recover. Meanwhile the concrete guy went up on the price because they didn't allow the job to start in a timely manner. Several more weeks later the concrete guy tried reachning out to Kelly's and was also being ignored. I contacted Kelly's again and told them I needed the name of their insurance company so that I can file a liability claim. They finally responded with no we don't want a claim filed, we will send someone next Monday, this was March 7th, today is April 3rd. My neighbors work was done the first week of February. I texted Kelly's on April 1st asking again for the name of their insurance company or reimbursement of $600 for the repair work... still no response. Kelly's Tree Service will not take responsibility for any destruction they cause on your property BE AWARE

I was out of town when I got a call about my tree limb. I called Kelley’s and they were able to take care of the downed branch and dying parts of my tree that day even though they had a full schedule. This is my second time using Kelley’s, but my first emergency and I really appreciate the fast and professional clean up.
