We are so impressed with Premier Tree & Shrub. We had a very small job - only two brush piles to be removed. We called several companies who promised to come and give us an estimate; none did. Premier Tree and Shrub came out and told us honestly they would fit us in, but it will be a while. They did fit us in and the crew did a wonderful job. They got every bit of that shrub and even raked the last little bit in order to get it all. We have a lot of trees - some of them to be removed - and definitely will from now on always call them. I am very happy with the work Premier did at our home. They were on time, they followed directions and went above and beyond the work spotting a few other things that needed trimming. They spent lots of time after the job was done in cleaning up afterwards too leaving our yard immaculate. Would recommend them for sure.

Job very well done...when finished one would never have known they were here — except that four trees were gone, a pile of wood chips were left as i asked (to be used for mulch in wooded area) and my driveway and street n front of my house was as clean as it has ever been (they really cleaned up). I enjoyed watching “the experts” and they never charged me an entertainment fee. This is the second job Premier has done for me and if I need more in the future, they will be my choice again.

I called Premier and talked to a person instead of an answering machine, and later the same day received a callback to set up a time to visit the property for a quote. I received a same day call as promised, and made an appointment for a visit and quote the next day. The Premier employee showed as promised and gave a quote. I signed and emailed the quote back to Premier, received a call the next day, and the following work day a crew showed as promised to complete the job. If you have dealt with other companies for this type of work, then you know the frequent problems with quick and reliable turnaround for making appointments, receiving quotes, and work completion. Premier gave a very reasonable price for dropping about fourteen trees, about half leaners threatening the house. The crew accommodated requests for wood chips, leaving the hardwood in a stack, and removing the pine. As a bonus, they removed some old fence posts. At the end of the day, they even used a leaf blower to tidy up the work sight. The crew worked quickly and completed the work in a single day. I highly recommend Premier, and I intend to have them out in the future for further tree removal.

Premier Tree and Shrub Care has removed tress from my property and provide ongoing lawn maintenance. The staff has always been extremely friendly and easy to work with. Their work is outstanding. I highly recommend them.
