Just cut down 9 HUGE trees in my backyard that were too close to both my house and my neighbor's house; with every bad storm I could see those trees swaying.... Rhino Tree Experts did a FABULOUS job!!!! To start, they were prompt and arrived as scheduled. It was a crew of about 10 people. On arrival I reviewed the scope of the work with the Crew Lead. The whole team was professional, and they worked together like a WELL OILED machine. I kept complimenting the Crew Lead on how well the team worked together. The job took about 5-1/2 to 6 hours and they only took a short break to eat some lunch. Everyone worked super hard and contributed to a JOB WELL DONE. Nobody was idle at any point. I was very impressed with Ivan ('the brave') that climbed those trees that were like 5 stories high. I was very pleased that they laid out sheets of plywood on top of the grass so the grass would not be harmed when the bobcat picked up the logs and branches. As soon as branches came down the team at the bottom went into action to nicely cut to size and piled them for the bobcat. The team at the bottom also continuously raked leaves and piled them for the bobcat or put them in trash bins. The bobcat guy was great driving that thing. He had to go up a driveway with a curve in reverse with the front loaded with branches and did an excellent job. He was very careful not to go over other garden areas. The bobcat was busy ferrying branches and logs to the waiting truck and chipper. Kudos also to the people working the chipper and log truck. Although they were not "front and center" they had plenty of action and kept the place clean of debris. I watched them for a long time, and they were always safety conscious. Hardly any branches were just 'dropped'; some really big ones were brought down in what looked like a zip line and laid on top of the plywood. Then a bad storm came and lasted about an hour. They waited it out and continued after it stopped. After all the cutting was done, they blew the grass so there were no leaves; also blew the driveway, and the street where the big trucks and chipper were parked. Any dirt was shoveled. And best of all, it was a reasonable price; I got a total of 5 quotes. There was only 1 that was cheaper, but it was really hard to get on the schedule. I would highly recommend Rhino Tree Experts and would definitely use them again - if I had any big trees left :) If you're thinking about getting trees cut, DEFINITELY give Rhino Tree Experts a call.
