5 Arrows Tree Service was prompt, honest, professional, and incredibly tidy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They treated our family and property with great respect, leaving our yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. After a windstorm brought down a dead pine tree into our yard, their team safely and efficiently removed it. I was especially impressed by the precision and skill they demonstrated while taking down the remaining portion of the tree along our fence line without causing any damage. Their attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to quality work were truly exceptional. I highly recommend 5 Arrows Tree Service to anyone looking for reliable, professional tree care.

Excellent tree removal service! Jacob is super responsive, professional and knowledgeable! He and his team worked safely and efficiently to remove several trees on our property that were becoming a hazard as they sat close to our house. They worked in parallel with a fencing company that was also working on our property and made sure the site stayed safe, and injury and accident free. The worked for 2 days and once the job was done, our yard was cleaned up left better than before. We will be using them every couple years to maintain our heavily treed lot and any other tree clean up we need in between. Highly recommend!

Two of my neighbors and I used Jacob and his crew at Five Arrows at our three homes here at Brookfield CC for three days cutting down trees and shaping and pruning trees.and they were amazing. We have used other tree service companies but none of the compare to to work of Jacob and Five Arrows Tree Service. They really know what they are doing and a pleasure to deal with. I can’t say enough good things about Jacob Nels and his company Five Arrows Tree Service. His company happened to be cutting trees at my neighbors house so I spoke with Jacob about taking care of some of my trees at the same time. He gave me a very reasonable price and I was so thankful that he advised me to cut a tree that could have fallen on my fence. He and his team worked very hard to safely take down some really large trees. They cleaned up the area And made everything look really nice He went above and beyond by offering to move large mulch piles for me. I will definitely be calling him in the future.

Jacob provided a detailed price breakdown on several options and completed the takedown and removal of 2 large dead pine trees. It was not easy to get the trees out of my back woods due to the slope but Jacob figured out a way to get them out without damaging my driveway or yard. All of Jacob’s employees speak English and they are easy to talk to. We are very happy !
