This company was such a disappointment!! They cut 3 of our trees for a very reasonable price and they worked from noon until 9 pm. HOWEVER, they started on the job 2 hours late, they did not cut the trees clean across, and they accidently knocked over half of a fourth tree. We asked them to cut a very tall tree in segments, but instead they cut it as a whole. As a result, they knocked down half of the 4th tree and a side fence shared with a neighbor (and the partial fence of a 2nd neighbor). After all of this there was a disagreement over payment since a side fence was completely knocked down and we were unsure of the cost of repairs. We feared that we would be stuck with fence repairs after paying D&D. They promised to come and fix the fence at a later time and gave us some information for their insurance company. After a lot of debating, we were promised someone would be back the following Monday to fix the fence. We ended up paying $150 less than the original asking price contingent on them fixing the fence as promised. When we reached out to D&D on Monday, there was a family emergency they had to deal with. We didn't hear anything until I had to call them days later and was told they would be back the following Monday. Again, we heard nothing the following Monday. And then Tuesday he reached out to say someone was coming to the house in 2 hours, we said ok. No one came. It's been 2 weeks since this all started. We still have a damaged fence, the city is asking for $4.7k to remove tree debris (because D&D put the debris under a powerline), and have yet to hear anything back. At the very least it would have been nice to hear an apology or an attempt to get someone else to do the work promised. As a customer, communication is key. While D&D cut the trees at a very reasonable price, you pay for what you get. Very unprofessional experience overall and I won't be doing business with them in the future.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with D & D Tree Services. I recently purchased a new home in Atlanta and needed a large tree removed and a smaller tree pruned. The entire staff and crew was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. The finished job was amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a more. I highly recommend D & D Tree Services and I definitely will be using their services for my future tree needs.
