If you are interested in the bare minimum these are the guys for you. They do not bag leaves or remove any lawn debris even if they create it unless you pay extra. They just put them in piles and left. I hired them last year for basic lawn maintenance and they delivered exactly that. My plan was for biweekly maintenance during the spring and summer and once a month in the winter but they came out every week anyway. I made them aware of the problems I was experiencing that were acknowledged but never mitigated. In the fall they just blew the leaves off to the edge of my property and didn’t bag and remove them. To do so was extra. I upgraded to the gold package hoping that the quality of service would improve - it didn’t. They were supposed to spray my flower beds for weeds and I don’t recall them ever doing that. They did trim my bushes in very abstract shapes and then left the trimmings in my recycle bin. My yard looks like it’s been maintained by amateurs. I tried my best to be patient with them but I could never get them to rise to the occasion. It’s been a very frustrating experience

I had cheaper estimates but had gone with Tyscape because they did well on leaf removal during the winter. with this type of service I would never use them again. Below is a picture of a completed front yard and then the uncompleted back Update: they responded and came back and mowed the backyard, but still only 4 stars because this shouldn’t have happened

Awesome service! I am a realtor and needed the lawns on two houses on different sides of the city done asap. I reached out on Thursday which was the day before Independence Day and both lawns were beautifully done the next day on a holiday!! Highly recommend and will use Tyscape going forward. Ashley communicates effectively and delivered on what she promised!

Love the service after I make all the adjustments. I just don’t like the fact that I have to step outside to tell them where my lawn stops each time and what to trim. Every single time, I have to text or walk outside to correct this. I wish they were more knowledgeable about my lawn and I wish the notes that I always have to add were properly noted so I can trust that if I’m not home, it will be done correctly. UPDATE: I tried to be nice and fair on the top review. The service went completely downhill. The employees DO NOT care how your lawn is maintained. They are NOT professionals and everything is rushed. Yhey argue with you and don’t want to listen to how you want YOUR lawn. They leave trash, throw leftover grass and shrubs in neighbors yards and they even put them in your woods or the neighbors. No tarp for clean-up or nothing. Don’t waste your money or time. I gave them so many chances and was never late with a payment. It got worse so beware and please trust this review!! I’m saving you time and money plus I have no reason to lie. They made my grass horrible and now I have to hire someone to get my grass back healthy.

No need to look no further Tyscape does amazing work! He really knows what he’s doing and puts so much care into every project. Our yard has never looked better. Every detail is thought out and done perfectly. He’s super reliable, shows up when he says he will, and is just a really great guy to work with. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and making his clients happy. I’m so impressed with everything he’s done and would recommend him to anyone looking for landscaping. He’s the best!
