I can’t say enough good things about this company Yesterday we had over 20 trees removed. They were super professional and worked with us five stars all the way Connor and his team did a great job. They came in evaluated everything before they brought their equipment. They worked hard all day and clean everything up at the end of the job.

My husband prefers to cut our trees himself; he knew these 4 were gonna best him!!! So he called Milam’s. We have used them 1 other time and were pleased with that job. Once we called, they scheduled to come out the next day (to give the estimate) - later that same day, they said they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come right then! We are anxious to get the trees down and excited to get the ball rolling. They scheduled a time for the next day to remove 4 trees (2 were 75+ ft) and text us before they arrived. I spoke to Connor and then they got to work. Not only were they extremely polite and personable…they didn’t mess around! They were done in less than an hour and piled the debris out of the way. In recent times, I have encountered young men who don’t appear to like their jobs and/or who seem to not understand customer service. NOT Milam’s!!! Their crew reassured me about the process, were efficient and the fact that they communicate arrival times- is outstanding. I don’t know how many times we’ve waited for a service call and the person gives an 8 hr arrival window or doesn’t show up!! Well done Milam’s!!!

Josh Milam and his team were empathetic to our needs and quick to respond, providing a reasonable quote while recommending what needed to be done, keeping safety for all in mind. Their employees are courteous, respectful and AWESOME at what they do!!!! I highly recommend them for all of your tree service needs!!!!

They were here on time and worked hard to get the job done in 2.5 hours. Cut the trees into log, splitting size. Drug the tree limbs into pile for us to burn at a late day. These boys worked hard as a team. Everyone knew their job. I highly recommend Milam’s tree service. This is not the first time using their service. Pricing was better than others that we contacted.

First off, customer service was great. Had some trees that needed to be removed. A crew of 6 came and got the job done. Very professional and quick! Cleaned up all the extra debris too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Everybody was professional and looked very safe but I didn't want any of my trees cut you know I could survey plots for you so that you don't run into this situation could do 3 or 4 a day because the outfit looked like a great place to work just my neighbor put him on the Frontline while trying to get the easement what a shame
