Arbo Pros Service did an excellent job removing large trees, large branches, and high up branches. There were multiple people on the team, and though they couldn't access the backyard with their loader, they worked efficiently to get a large job done in less than 14 hours. They also cleaned up very nicely. Fair price, great communication, and overall positive experience! Definitely recommend them and will call them again myself.

Jose came to our house and gave us a quote which was very reasonable and we scheduled a day for crew to come out. Artemios and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. There are a lot of trees along the back fence that needed cut back. The team worked quickly and efficiently and honestly, went above and beyond what was expected. Our neighbors saw what was happening, talked to Jose, and the crew went straight to their house and trimmed some huge trees for them. We would highly recommend this company and we will use them again when the need arises.

Showed up on time. Communicated nicely. Until they decided not to take down our fence, as Jose had said he would at time of evaluation, and then smashed the fence down…almost at the very end. The guys were nice. At the end, rain came horrendously. And then their bobcat/claw tore our grass up horribly. We now have a dozen gouges with no grass in our yard. The fence was put up haphazardly. Any animal can get in. He did give us a $300 discount and promised he would come back and correctly fix fence and grind the two stumps.And then we would give him the $300. That was 32days ago. Now communication is terrible. Won’t pick up the phone. We will call someone else to trim our old oaks this month. Don’t always believe 5 star companies!

We recently moved into our new home, not knowing just how densely packed our back yard was with smaller trees and vegetation amongst the larger trees. We needed it taken care of ASAP to be able to get a fence put up. Between companies not getting back to us at all or not being able to come out for a week or more to look at it, I was amazed at how fast Arbor Pros was at responding and being able to come take a look for us. Not only that, but they were able to get started the same day that they gave the quote. They worked hard and with diligence to get our yard looking like a yard again, and not a crazy jungle. Unfortunately (but also luckily) they ended up catching an emergency situation with one of our biggest trees back there after getting so much of it cleared. The tree was split and was rotting from the inside out. It was now visible that it wouldn't take much more until it would eventually end up falling on our house and potentially our family. Yikes! They quoted us immediately for it and got started on removing it for us. It was insane to see just how hollow it was becoming on the inside, and we are incredibly grateful for the crews good eye and catching it for us. I genuinely felt safe in their hands! I'm mad I didn't take pictures of it beforehand to show just how much they did, but I can promise you that it looks like a whole new yard now. And they did it for such a fair price! I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than them to take care of your tree needs. Thank you so much for being there when we needed you and getting the job done fast an efficiently! We will absolutely contact you again in the future 😊
