If I could give these guys 10 STARS I would. About 5:30 pm on a Thursday, a giant tree fell through our roof during a terrible storm. Our insurance company told us good luck finding a tree service that could get to us right away. Luckily, I ran across 770 Arborist Emergency Tree & Crane Service online. The next morning, Mark, the owner, answered my call and with in a few hours, he had an entire crew at my house with a huge crane, bobcat, chipper, trucks, chainsaws, tarps and everything needed for the job. His crew worked well into the night and throughout a horrible lightning storm. Most companies would have wrapped it up at dark! But not these guys! We watched in amazement as two guys were lifted by the crane, 30+ feet in the air, swinging from ropes like spiderman in pouring down rain and lightning making sure that our house was tarped and dried in before they left! They had all of the debris cleaned up from what turned out to be 3 giant trees within a couple of days. Mark spent countless hours on the phone with us and our insurance adjuster to make sure that we were taken care of. There is no way in this world I would ever call a different tree service! Thank you again Mark for not only your incredible service, but vast knowledge of the navigation of the insurance claims process! Lance and Mark were very professional to work with. Informative about condition of trees on my property and prompt in getting the diseased tree removed before pine beetles could damage other trees. Highly recommend them.

When I tell you that this company puts my faith back into humanity, it's an understatement. We had a giant tree-sized branch fall onto my car about a week and a half ago. It was a Friday evening, about 6 pm. I panicked and did a search for emergency tree removal and 770 Arborist popped up with a solid 5-stars. They did not disappoint. Within the hour, Mark was on his way from a job he was just finishing up across town. He sent us the contract to fill out while we waited for him to arrive. When he got here, he was very professional, conscious about social distancing, and was not pushy at all. He had the tree (limb) off my car and chopped up in an hour and a half. Later, our car insurance company didn't want to pay for the removal. Instead of coming after us, 770 Arborist contacted our insurance company personally. Suddenly, the insurance company was more than happy to pay for the removal. :) Five stars does not do this company justice.

Mark and team did a great job - worked directly with the Insurance company, for our Emergency tree removal, cleaned out within 24 hours and back on track now. Highly recommend for your tree removal needs.

I live in Iowa and Mark and his crew came up to help our city after a Derecho or land hurricane devastated our city and surrounding areas. He is full of knowledge and advice. He called me 3 times to answer my questions prior to arriving at my home to remove part of a tree that fell on my house. They did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. When you have a catastrophic storm there are always worries of being taken advantage of. I feel fortunate to have found this company when I did. His Facebook videos are great also. He gave some great advice being an insurance adjuster himself. Thank you so much.

I had a tree fall on my house. I called at 3am and they answered. They were able to come out the very next morning and remove everything and tarp my roof to avoid more damage. They were in and out in only a few hours and I could not be more happy with their professionalism and work. Would highly recommend.
