Jonathan and his team were outstanding. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process. This was a massive tree close to the house, right next to sprinkler heads and pavers, so I was honestly a little nervous. But they handled it flawlessly. No damage, no issues. Highly recommend. And I was shocked at how quickly they were in and out. I was thinking it was gonna be a job that took all day. They had a big crew come and they were in and out within a couple of hours. It was a well oiled machine. And despite how quick they were, they were very thorough. They cleaned up every last limb.

I need to correct my review. I sent the pictures to the wrong number, so Nick didn't receive them. A week later after no follow up I gave the review below. After giving this review Nick contacted me still wanting to make things right. Nick sent a crew out to clean up all the unwanted debris and rake the area to give it a nice finished look. Nick and I had some communication glitches but he always took care of me. Thanks Nick (Owner doesn't follow thru on his promises. My yard was torn up and pinectree debris was left in my yard. Owner said he would get a lawn company to look at what could be done and that a crew would pick up the debris. Its been 6 days . Can't recommend them.)

TreesPlus Ltd. did an excellent job taking down and removing a very large dead tree and trimming up several large trees with limbs protruding over my house. The ease of communication, attaining an estimate, scheduling the work, and perfoming the work were all seamless and efficient. The workers exercised care, were all respectful of the property, and cleaned everything up beautifully. Their pricing was fair and they were extremely professional. Will use TreesPlus every time.

I recently hired Trees Plus Ltd. to cut down and grind six trees in my backyard, and I was very satisfied with their work. My biggest kudos go to the day of crew. The day of crew were on time, well-organized, meticulous in their work, and highly professional from start to finish.A special shoutout to the team member who handled the stump grinding (Mr. Lovic). He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to do the job right, and demonstrated true professionalism throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend Trees Plus Ltd. to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality tree services. My only caveat is the phone line is hard to get through so I suggest texting-they are super responsive on text.
