We had a great experience with Pierson Tree Solutions from start to finish. Taylor and Luke handled the removal of two trees on my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing especially given how close one of the trees was to my home. They were able to provide all of the documents the city requested for permitting (insurance, licenses, etc). What stood out the most was their attention to detail and care. They worked safely and methodically, and when they finished, the cleanup was excellent. They left everything neat and organized, which made a big difference. The follow up crew that came the next day to haul away the remaining tree debris was just as efficient, and the coordination between both teams was seamless. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. It’s not always easy to find a company that combines quality work with great customer service, but they definitely delivered on both. I would absolutely recommend Pierson Tree Solutions to anyone needing tree removal or related services. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, we had a great experience.
