Had a blank motorcycle key I needed cut, that you can only get from the bike dealership and went to store and they told me that they wouldn't cut the spare key I had because I didn't buy it from them. I could understand if it was a key they could get but they can't. Ace ain't the place with the helpful hardware folks. Hell it was basically free money for them to cut the key.

Very poor customer service! Probably won't be able to get the warranty for the $800 dollar chainsaw I bought or the $900 generator now! But just being honest! Love doing business with local businesses, but this Is nor a good one!!!

I enjoy doing business with Dill's Ace Hardware. They always have what I need in a pinch and are only a couple of miles from my house. Their managers and other employees are always very helpful. It seems like every weekend, I make about three trips there to find the tools or parts that I need to finish a project. I'd be tired of seeing my ugly mug, but they always greet me with a smile and are happy to help if needed.
