Robert initially came across as professional, but I would not hire him again. He’s a smooth talker and a hustler—big on promises, short on delivery. Despite having clear directions and expectations laid out weeks in advance, he showed up unprepared, overlooked key details we had already discussed, and what was agreed upon versus what was actually done were two very different things. While he eventually took some accountability and offered a discount, it hardly covered the effort required to complete the job correctly. This was after gaslighting me about what we had discussed in the first place. The entire process was more frustrating than necessary, thanks to his miscommunication and constant back-and-forth once he arrived. A prime example? He claimed one of my trench drains was buried under concrete—pure nonsense—just to avoid addressing it per our original verbal quote. When he initially visited the property to assess the work, 6 mention the drain being under concrete. That lie wasn’t just lazy; it made absolutely no sense. He wasn’t thorough; he begged for this job, and when he got it, he didn’t deliver. Bottom line: If you must work with him, get everything in writing because this guy is full of excuses.

We had an amazing experience today! They came out on a Sunday, which we truly appreciated, and did an incredible job on our yard. Everything looks clean, fresh, and so well cared for. It’s not easy to find a company that is both reliable and takes pride in their work, but they absolutely delivered. We are so thankful and look forward to continuing to work with them to maintain our yard. Highly recommend!

Had grass cut today for the second time and robert was very rude. We were not at home and told him we would pay when we got home to inspect it. He demanded payment before we got home. Will not be using him again. Once I got home I could see why he demanded payment. Quality was weak at best and he destroyed two of my dogs toys including a soccer ball. Complained to us that he needed money asap because he had a flat tire leaving our neighborhood. Very unprofessional.
